Position Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Chennai team and work closely with the Senior Project Manager in ensuring smooth execution of client projects. In this role, you'll support project planning, track progress, coordinate with internal teams, and help maintain documentation and task workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in day-to-day coordination of client projects.
• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes on requirements and action items.
• Help prepare project proposals, timelines, and progress reports.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

Task & Workflow Management

• Support in managing task boards using tools like ClickUp, JIRA, or Asana.
• Create, update, and track task cards.

• Monitor task progress and help follow up with team members on deliverables.

Team Collaboration

• Help allocate tasks across teams as per project needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and follow up on blockers.
• Maintain team availability and raise bandwidth issues to the senior PM as needed.

Agile Support

• Assist in organizing Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Help prepare agendas, record action items, and share summaries.
• Encourage Agile practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation

• Collect and organize project metrics (e.g., task status, time tracking).
• Help prepare weekly reports and dashboards for internal and client updates.
• Track and record lessons learned for future process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or junior project management role (internships count!).
• Understanding of project management tools like ClickUp, JIRA, or Asana.
• Exposure to Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable with occasional late evening calls with international clients.
• Bonus: Familiarity with using AI tools to boost productivity and task management.

A Senior Automation Test Engineer at HappyFox is an integral part of the QA team responsible to ensure product quality and integrity with a special focus on the development and execution of test automation. 

Responsibilities:

• Owning the quality of any deliverables including new features and enhancements.
• Working closely with the product team in understanding the requirements and user workflow.
• Developing and executing test plans and test cases with a strong emphasis on using code to solve technical challenges and shorten the regression test cycle through automation.
• Performing automated API testing.
• Contributing to building of a Continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing process improvement activities.
• Identifying required improvements in the test and development processes; making contributions to our automation tools that address specific needs.
• Raising defects/bugs and tracking them till closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA with at least 3 years of experience in automation.
• Expertise in Selenium tool for automation testing.
• Good understanding of the Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) and QA's role in it.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, along with requisite coding and debugging skills.
• Design and development skills in Python and/or Java.
• Some knowledge of continuous integration practices.

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with a natural flair for solving complex problems and making life easier for others. You'd be a part of our dynamic QA team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the quality of any deliverables including new features and enhancements
• Working closely with the product team in understanding the requirements and user workflow
• Writing highly efficient manual test cases and performing functional, ad-hoc and regression testing
• Designing, developing and executing automation test scripts
• Raising defects/bugs and tracking them till closure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/IT/computer science or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in software testing
• Professional automation QA experience, using Selenium Webdriver with Python and/or Java 
• Experience in using a defect tracking system to report, track and resolve defects
• Good understanding of the Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) 
• Passion for software quality assurance, problem detection and analysis
• Experience working in SaaS based product company (optional)
• Worked for a bootstrapped high-growth startup (optional)

Key Responsibilities

• Active participation in CMMI Level 5 Ver 2.0 (Services Model) pre-assessment & assessment
• Thorough knowledge in Service Delivery practices in multiple horizontals like Infrastructure, Enterprise Security
• Should start the process definitions, processes, templates, guidelines, and checklists from the scratch to align with the CMMi Level 5 Services Model version 2.0.
• Support for organizational process/workflow definitions
• Contribute/Coordinate process improvement activities.
• Process facilitation for projects/business activities/support functions
• Support for organizational data collection and analysis
• Assistance for organizational tools maintenance
• Promote /Support organizational library (Knowledge Repository)
• Effective/Inspirational trainer for organizational process

Candidate Profile:

• Expert in CMMi Level 5 Services 2.0 model.
• Should have participated as an ATM in at least one CMMi Level 5 Services 2.0 assessment and renewal process
• Experience in methodologies like Agile, Lean, SAFe Agile, Kanban, DevOps projects etc.
• Quality experience in Infra Services and Security services business
• Ability to understand business requirements and to design suitable process.
• Ability to identify gaps/improvement opportunities/risks in existing QMS.
• Knowledge of organizational data collection methods and analysis
• Ability in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits.
• Ability in serving business activities/projects as a process facilitator.
