Job Title: QA Engineer – Manual & Automation Testing

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to join a

fast-paced product team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality,

reliability, and performance of a modern SaaS platform through structured

manual and automation testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers,

and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software releases on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Design, review, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases for web-based applications

● Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing across multiple modules

● Identify, log, and track defects clearly, ensuring proper follow-up and closure

● Validate bug fixes and feature enhancements before production releases

● Collaborate closely with developers to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently

● Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide early QA feedback

● Maintain and update test cases, test scenarios, and automation scripts based on product changes

● Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and release quality

Key Responsibilities:

Exchange Circular Compliance:

• Monitor, Analyze, and interpret circulars, notifications, and directives issued by exchanges (e.g., NSE, BSE) and regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBI).
• Assess the impact of new circulars on business processes and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., trading, operations, IT) to ensure timely implementation of applicable circular requirements.
• Maintain a circular tracker and ensure that actions taken are documented and auditable.
• Draft and update internal compliance manuals and SOPs based on circulars and regulatory changes.
• Communicate relevant regulatory changes across the organization in an accessible and actionable format.

Audit Management (Internal & External):

• Lead and coordinate periodic internal audits and regulatory/exchange inspections.
• Liaise with auditors (statutory, internal, SEBI, exchange-appointed) and ensure all required documentation and data are prepared and submitted.
• Address audit observations and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with other teams.
• Maintain audit logs, evidence, and historical audit records for regulatory reference and future inspections.
• Ensure closure of non-compliance issues raised during audits within stipulated timelines.
• Conduct periodic internal compliance checks to identify gaps and improve readiness for inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, OR CA.
• 5-6 years of experience in compliance within a brokerage, stock exchange, or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and exchange rules.
• Experience handling audits and regulatory inspections, including SEBI and exchange audits.
• Excellent document management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with compliance tracking tools and audit software is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with regulators and auditors.

Preferred Certifications

• NISM Series certifications 

·       Lead generation and developing new business for your assigned territory.

·       Educating the clients about new media and convincing them to advertise their product using Eco-friendly media.

·       Scheduling meeting with prospective clients and drive them for generating business.

·       Handling sales process end to end from pitching to client retention.

·       Candidate shall be well aware of retail and corporate clients in the assigned territory.

·       Develop a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

·       Negotiating contracts with clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

·       Playing an integral role for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

·       Dealing with clients and efficiently handling their queries.

·       Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams.

·       Suggest solutions that answer client needs and wants.

·       Demonstrating good communication, presentation, selling and deal closing skills.

·       Driving Business for the company and client retention will be the core expertise.

Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Office365. 

  Working experience in VMWare/Hyper-V.

  Working knowledge of Firewalls, VPN Technologies, Network routers, Wi-Fi Access points, Port forwarding

  Sound understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory servers.

  Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  Hands-on experience on Backups

  Desktop troubleshooting experience

  hands-on experience on Firewalls.

• 8+ years of experience building Web applications, APIs, Service based platforms
• Excellent command on Java/J2EE and/or Spring/Hibernate
• Strong command over REST based services and micro-services
• Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining Dev ops infrastructure on AWS or similar platforms
• Good knowledge of code repo software such as git and build management tools
