About this Role
We are looking for an experienced UI designer to design functional and appealing web and mobile app designs, focus on user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters.
You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating User Interface Design, components, wireframes, prototypes, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas in all design contexts.
• Continually keeping yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry’s standards.
• Following material design and design system principles.
• Focussing on design contexts, consistency, usability, brand personality, and conversational design.
• Following standard of quality design, communicate with stackholders, manage time and tasks, create original and own design.

• 3 years of experience in user interface and graphic design
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, logo and branding design, user interface design, visual illustrations, infographics, flyers/newsletters, and components design.
• Knowledge of gif animation, UI style guidelines, branding design
  Good understanding of design visualization i.e. color theory, visual weight, typography, iconography, patterns, grid system, responsive design etc.
  Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Aftereffects.
• Knowledge of responsive grid systems.
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset and are open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Excellent communication with internal & external stakeholders

Strong Full-Stack Engineering Profiles (Python + React)

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a 2+ YOE in Full-stack development using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms - AWS or GCP

Mandatory (Education) – B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or IT (BCA / MCA also acceptable).

Mandatory (Company) – IT Services/ Product startup companies or niche consulting firms (e.g., ThoughtWorks, EPAM, Persistent, Happiest Minds).

Preferred

Preferred (Experience 1) – Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred (Experience 2) – Understanding of modern DevOps practices, cloud-native deployments, and rapid prototyping.

• Working with the conference production team to develop an understanding of the event programme.
• Researching attendees and generating sales leads.
• Cold calling and selling to a list of prospective event attendees.
• Engaging with clients on the phone and developing lasting relationships.
• Daily management and maintenance of sales records, ensuring they are kept up to date with attendees and details.
• Working with the team to convert inbound sales enquiries into leads.
• Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets.
• Making a high number of calls to meet daily KPIs, to be set by management.
• Supporting delegates through the registration process.
• Experience in International voice process in sales will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• 6+ years of experience with iOS, Swift, ObjC, Xcode and Cocoa.
• Working knowledge of architecture principles, code organization, and system design.
• Informed and up to date with iOS SDK and ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the iOS framework:
• Memory Management
• Caching and Persistent data storage
• Multithreading concepts

MUST-HAVES

• Fluent in one Indian language (two languages is a significant plus)

As a Senior Software Engineer - I,you'll take on complex problems that span multiple components and teams. As SSE - I, you could expect to: 

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components. 
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies

Minimum Requirements: 

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant software development experience

• Strong Java software development experience – with a focus on Java 8 & 9

• Experience with Reactive Programming – ideally with RxJava
• Experience implementing unit tests

• Experience developing applications in fintech or established financial institutions
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Experience developing systems that can scale to large amounts of data
