About this Role
We are looking for an experienced UI designer to design functional and appealing web and mobile app designs, focus on user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters.
You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating User Interface Design, components, wireframes, prototypes, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas in all design contexts.
• Continually keeping yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry’s standards.
• Following material design and design system principles.
• Focussing on design contexts, consistency, usability, brand personality, and conversational design.
• Following standard of quality design, communicate with stackholders, manage time and tasks, create original and own design.

• 3 years of experience in user interface and graphic design
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, logo and branding design, user interface design, visual illustrations, infographics, flyers/newsletters, and components design.
• Knowledge of gif animation, UI style guidelines, branding design
  Good understanding of design visualization i.e. color theory, visual weight, typography, iconography, patterns, grid system, responsive design etc.
  Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Aftereffects.
• Knowledge of responsive grid systems.
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset and are open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Excellent communication with internal & external stakeholders

Market & Customer Intelligence

• Market Analysis: Conduct continuous research on the competitive landscape, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Customer Insights: Deeply understand target personas, their pain points, and how they use the product. Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback from customers, sales, and support teams.
• Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Finance teams on pricing and packaging strategies based on market value and competitive analysis.

2. Positioning & Messaging

• Develop clear, differentiated, and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and highlights unique value propositions.
• Create and maintain core messaging documentation (e.g., messaging matrices, key benefits, and use cases) for all product lines.

3. Product Launch & GTM Strategy

• Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new features and major product releases.
• Coordinate across departments (Sales, PR, Demand Generation) to ensure all teams are aligned on the launch plan, target audience, and messaging.
• Define the ideal customer journey and map marketing tactics to drive adoption and usage.

4. Sales Enablement & Content

• Create essential sales enablement tools and materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, competitive analysis guides, and demo scripts, to equip the Sales team for success.
• Develop customer-facing marketing content, such as website copy, landing pages, case studies, product videos, webinars, and technical blog posts, aligned with the messaging and SEO strategy.
• Train Sales, Support, and Marketing teams on new product features, value propositions, and successful objection handling.

5. Performance Monitoring

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and product launches (e.g., adoption rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact).
• Use data to iterate on messaging, targeting, and GTM strategy for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably for a SaaS, software, or technology company.
• GTM Expertise: Proven experience defining and executing successful Go-to-Market strategies and product launches.
• Content & Storytelling: Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing stories.
• Technical Familiarity: Comfort with technology and the ability to work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive manual test cases for our e-commerce platform

Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright

Work with AI-based testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle

Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues

Participate in sprint planning and review meetings

Create and maintain testing documentation

Requirements

Strong manual testing skills with attention to detail

Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium or Playwright)

Familiarity with AI-based testing tools and approaches

Understanding of e-commerce platforms and their testing requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with agile testing methodologies

Back-End Developer

Experience 3-8 years

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets(T3-T4)

T3:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 3 years of Java EE development experience.

2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with common design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

4. Familiar with MySql, capable of database design and optimization, familiar with redis caching technology, familiar with message middleware, and ElasticSearch.

5. Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and independent problem-solving ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressure. Able to guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.

6. Those with Internet platform development experience and familiarity with distribution and concurrency will be given priority

T4:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 5 years of Java EE development experience.

2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with various design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

4. Familiar with MySql, capable of database design and optimization, familiar with redis caching technology, familiar with message middleware, and ElasticSearch.

5. Familiar with distributed development and application scenarios of distributed components

6. Have some experience in concurrent processing and be familiar with performance optimization

7. Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and independent problem-solving ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressure. Able to guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.
