About this Role
We are looking for an experienced UI designer to design functional and appealing web and mobile app designs, focus on user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters.
You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating User Interface Design, components, wireframes, prototypes, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas in all design contexts.
• Continually keeping yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry’s standards.
• Following material design and design system principles.
• Focussing on design contexts, consistency, usability, brand personality, and conversational design.
• Following standard of quality design, communicate with stackholders, manage time and tasks, create original and own design.

• 3 years of experience in user interface and graphic design
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, logo and branding design, user interface design, visual illustrations, infographics, flyers/newsletters, and components design.
• Knowledge of gif animation, UI style guidelines, branding design
  Good understanding of design visualization i.e. color theory, visual weight, typography, iconography, patterns, grid system, responsive design etc.
  Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Aftereffects.
• Knowledge of responsive grid systems.
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset and are open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Excellent communication with internal & external stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For?

• Based in Bengaluru or willing to work from our Bengaluru office.
• One to three years of experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, inside sales, or business development.
• Experience selling SaaS, software, HR technology, workforce management, or other B2B solutions is preferred.
• Experience selling to Indian or international markets, including APAC, EMEA, or North America, is an advantage.
• Confident prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Comfortable speaking with founders, HR leaders, operations managers, business owners, and other decision-makers.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good research, qualification, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools.

What Will You Do?

Your primary goal will be to generate qualified sales opportunities by booking product demonstrations for Tivazo’s sales team.

• Research target companies and identify the appropriate decision-makers.
• Build prospect lists across relevant industries, company sizes, and geographic markets.
• Connect with prospects through calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Understand each prospect’s workforce management, attendance, time-tracking, and productivity challenges.
• Communicate Tivazo’s value proposition clearly and generate interest in the platform.
• Qualify prospects based on their requirements, company size, authority, urgency, and purchasing potential.
• Book qualified product demonstrations and create a healthy sales pipeline.
• Respond to prospect questions, handle initial objections, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Write and improve B2B outreach messages for different industries and customer segments.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect information, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunity stages in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
• Recommend new industries, customer segments, and outreach campaigns based on prospect feedback.
• Track and report weekly metrics, including outreach activity, response rates, qualified leads, demos booked, and pipeline generated.
• Attend relevant events and networking opportunities to identify prospects and generate business opportunities.
