You will be working on complex data migrations, modernizing legacy applications and building new applications on the cloud for large enterprise and/or growth stage startups. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly into mission critical projects directly interacting with business stakeholders, customers technical teams and MongoDB solutions Architects.

• Relevant experience of 7+ years building high-performance back-end applications with at least 3 or more projects delivered using the required technologies

Required Technical Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience building high-performance web back-ends using Node.Js and Javascript/Typescript
• Min two years of hands-on experience in NestJs
• Strong experience with Express.Js framework
• Implementation experience in monolithic and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with data modeling on MongoDB and any other Relational or NoSQL databases
• Experience integrating with any 3rd party services such as cloud SDKs (Preferable X), payments, push notifications, authentication etc…
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, or X
• Exposure into unit testing with frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Jest or others
• Strong experience writing and maintaining clear documentation

Good to have skills:

• Experience working with common services in any of the major cloud providers - AWS or GCP or Azure
• Technical certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP / MongoDB or other relevant technologies

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

- A professional degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution, backed by a consistent academic record.

- A knack for problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms.

- Proficiency in ElasticSearch.

- 3+ years of hands-on development experience, primarily in building products for large enterprises.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Mastery in Java programming; familiarity with Python is a plus.- Experience with Spring Boot.

- Practical knowledge of one or more cloud-based technologies (e.g., ElasticSearch, Storm, Hazelcast, MongoDB, Ceph, Kafka) is highly desirable.

- Expertise in building concurrent and/or parallelized, highly performant scalable applications.

- A track record of identifying and addressing complex issues in scalable deployments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Dive deep into technical aspects (Analysis, Design & Implementation) as required.

- Take complete ownership of features within the product.

- Engage in debates and detailed discussions about functional and non-functional requirements with our Product Management team.

Job Description

· Design technical specifications for RPA (Uipath) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.

· Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.

· Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

· Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.

· Ensures documentation is well maintained.

· Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.

· Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.

· Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis

· Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.

· Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Additional Information

· 5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts. Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).

· Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.

· Understands development methodology and lifecycle

· Should be trained on RPA tools (Uipath).

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in building, scaling, and optimizing server-side systems. The ideal candidate is proficient in Node.js, FastAPI (Python), and database design, with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and FastAPI

Build robust data models and optimize performance for SQL and NoSQL databases

Architect and deploy backend services on GCP/AWS, leveraging managed cloud services. 

Implement clean, modular, and testable code with proper CI/CD and observability (logs, metrics, alerts)

Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability for production environments

Requirements:

2–5 years of backend development experience

Strong proficiency in Node.js, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservice architecture

Solid understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis or similar NoSQL systems
