Job Summary:

This role is for a Senior Technology Lead to drive the strategy and execution across a portfolio of IT

applications involving product backlog management, development, production stability, staffing and

partner management including business users and customers.

Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, with about 10-15 years of experience

in software development using Microsoft ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Jquery and SQL Server. Prior

experience in Finance domain is preferred

Key Responsibilities and skills:

● Strong hands-on technical expertise on Microsoft ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Jqueryand SQL Server

● Exposure to SDLC tools, such as: Visual Studio, JIRA, Git including CI/CD and test automation

● Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and implementation of IT

applications in on-prem and cloud environment.

● Proficient in the software development lifecycle and underlying processes. Exposure to Agile

methodologies is very useful

● Strong communication skills both oral and written to handle team, client and management levels

● Work with business teams in understanding and prioritizing the requirements for future releases

● Developing standards and procedures to ensure that software quality standards are met and

consistent.

● Proven track record in designing and delivering technical solutions

● Strong management experience particularly managing multiple application development teams,

including L1 and L2 support

● Confident, resourceful and transparent

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven 1+ years of experience of working as a Full-stack or Back-end or Front-end developer.
• Must have good understanding of Javascript, Node Js, ReactJs, databases (MySql, Mongo, Firebase, etc).

What we expect

• Work closely with different stakeholders to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• 3-5 years of experience in web development and coding within a cross-disciplinary environment
• Good at writing HTML, CSS,Bootstrap and JavaScript. Being up on the latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
• Good experience in JQuery, JavaScript
• Must have exp. on PHP, MYSQL, MVC, Linux, logging, Unit testing, Subversion, Restful/soap
• Experience with Source Control tools (Subversion
• Expert in back-end programming language PHP with Laravel framework and IDE
• Good experience in JQuery, JavaScript.
• ReactJS, AngularJS or VueJS would be preferred
• Experience with Source Control tools (Subversion)
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/ syntaxes/ libraries
• Database design and management with No-SQL, Mysql, including being up on the latest practices and associated version
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework both front-end and back-end
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with version control system preferred Git
• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
• Experienced in full web development life cycle from requirements gathering to Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• WordPress Experience is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles.

 Skills and Qualifications:

1. A Master’s degree in computer application or B. tech is required.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Required minimum 3 years of experience.
4. Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, MYSQL, NOSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, HTML, CSS and Javascript
5. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber. 
6. Experience developing web applications using .NET Framework 4.5.
7. Design building and maintaining efficient and reusable C# code using design patterns.
8. Knowledge of Agile methodology/ Kanban concepts is a plus.
9. Contribute to the Agile software development process including: design, programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance and implementation.
10. High proficiency in English (Written and oral) is mandatory.
