Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for the Fiserv Signature platform, responding to issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze, configure, and implement solutions on the Fiserv Signature platform.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure the platform remains secure and up to date.
• Conduct detailed investigations to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
• Support client onboarding, data migrations, and customizations as needed.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for the support team.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users regarding system features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Work with vendors or Fiserv support for escalation of unresolved issues and coordination of system fixes.
• Identify areas of improvement within the platform and collaborate with the development team to implement solutions.
• Perform system monitoring and performance checks to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Assist in testing new features and updates prior to production rollout.
• Keep clients updated on progress, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Secondary Skill
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience supporting Fiserv Signature or similar banking/financial services platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
• Familiarity with banking systems, transactions, and financial software.
• Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and workflows in relation to Fiserv Signature.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Fiserv Signature or similar platforms.
• Experience with database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with web services, APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Description
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving adoption of our DART platform for fixed income trading. You will work closely with large financial institutions and other key market participants to showcase the value of our product. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years’ experience selling enterprise products to financial institutions / corporates, who is enthusiastic about making a real impact on India’s fixed income market.
Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and develop a sales pipeline
• Develop the sales strategy for adoption of DART within their defined territory
• Present and demonstrate the capabilities of DART, highlighting how it can transform fixed income trading.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for clients
Requirements
• Prior experience: 3-5 years in enterprise sales to financial institutions / large corporates - preferably worked at Bloomberg/Reuters/Omnyses/Finacle etc in their sales domain; OR Fixed in MF/PMS Institutional sales
• Strong understanding of the fixed income market and enthusiasm for driving change in this sector• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple external decision makers and stakeholders to bring a deal to closure
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Minimum qualification: post graduate degree (MBA in Finance preferred)
