The focus and priority will be to build a deep and sustainable relationship with our partners by ensuring zero defect deliveries which are on time to meet their education requirements.- The Project Managers are expected to work closely with Organization's Partners and Internal Colleagues to ensure timely and flawless delivery. Essential Job Function :- Manage projects from start-to-finish within defined timeframes and budgets, communicating progress to leadership and customer representatives throughout the process. - Work closely with internal and external resources including software engineers, QA teams, production teams, and other business units to complete projects. - Help monitor, evaluate and evolve processes for process improvement, quality improvement and cost savings. - Monitor project quality and route issues and defects to the appropriate resources. - To have experience in communication with International audience. - To build and inspire teams that work to deliver time-bound objectives. - Working closely with Engage/Enlist and Capacity Planning teams in preparing Project Proposals- Working closely with the Custom ID manager in scoping of the Project including cost estimation, resourcing optimization, timelines etc- Internal Kickoff with Engage/Enlist colleague and ID - to align on solution- Manage, prepare for, and lead Kickoff Call with the Partner- Shepherding the scoping document and the relevant data points on the Project Management tool throughout the development and production process- Adhering to the scope of the project and highlighting out of scope activities to the AE- Solution discussions with the Partner and ID- End-to-end execution of the project plan or timely delivery of quality work- Leading regular Status Update Meetings with Partner/AE/ID - Regular Communication (Calls/Emails/VC) with the core project team (Partner/AE/ID)- Working closely with Resource Managers and oversight of overall work execution- Working closely with Translations Team to ensure delivery- Interaction with the QA Team to resolve all quality related reviews before the course is released- Collaboration with Technology Team - Planning & Issue resolutions- Handling Top Level Partners (Alpha)- Incorporate PMP Methodologies into day to-day project execution- Enhancing the quality of delivery to the Partner- Regular Lessons Learned workshops with PM Team on specific PM skill in action- Liaising with Mumbai-based internal stakeholders to ensure perfect collaboration on the courses and delivery to partners Basic Qualifications :- Minimum of 4 years in a project management position.- Bachelor's degrees - Demonstrable experience of having dealt with customers from US and Europe independently.- Good understanding Project Management metrics.- Must have excellent communication and be very well organized. Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

We build games that take you to a different world, that captivate you through beautiful graphics, that immerse you in the story and at the same time, teach you what you need to learn. And now we are looking for somebody who can help us in this journey of making learning fun. Are you up for it? Here's what we would need you to do: A. Research: Every game that we build has educational content behind it. The first step to build any game is to understand this content throughly. This involves extensive research on subject matter. After all, you need to master what you teach. The end result of this step is a repository of all the educational content that needs to be delivered. B. Scripting/Writing: This is where your creativity will come into play as this is the stage at which a storyline is built into the educational content. We typically think of 4-5 storylines that could be used and then zero down on to the one that would best fit the audience. This step also involves getting an understanding of the end users so as to adapt the content and story to them. Once a story is thought through, the educational content and story are weaved together into a game script with dialogues and narration. C. Game Development/Project Management: This has two legs - first, brainstorming and second, overseeing development. Initially we brainstorm visuals that would go into the game. Again, creative hats are put on here. We zero in on the game background settings, game characters, badges, screens and other elements based on the storyline and based on our understanding of the end users. Then we discuss our requirements with our vendors and oversee the work being done by them. During this time, we keep looking for ways to make the game better. Bit-by-bit, we share work with the client in order to get feedback. Finally, revisions are made and the entire product is put together and delivered.
