Job Title: UI Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong design, prototyping, and front-end development skills. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences and interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, collaborative, and capable of balancing aesthetics with usability across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and software applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, iconography, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Apply usability principles and best practices to deliver high-quality designs that improve user experience.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective, elegant UI designs.
• Stay updated with current trends in UI/UX design, responsive web design, and interaction design.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Contribute to and maintain the brand’s visual style and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design within a product or SaaS company.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ReactJS, Git.
• Experience with WordPress and WIX for building and managing website content.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards.
• Solid knowledge of branding, brand design, and marketing integration.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a user-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Animation or motion design experience using tools like After Effects or Lottie.

Skills Required 

• 5+ years of strong programming experience on the .NET platform(C#.NET)
• Proficient with Web application development – we leverage ASP.NET MVC/Asp.net core / Web API / Typescript / Angular (open to candidates experienced with Web development and zeal to learn) 
• Experience building applications leveraging Azure (or AWS) 
• Hands on experience on Html, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (or any other CSS framework) 
• Experience with SQL Server (Stored Procedures & UDF) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB or others) 
• Good grip on Fundamentals of CS, OOPS Concepts, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns and its usages 
• Ability to prepare both high level and low-level design of the system 
• Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, GIT, DevOps 
• Experience with microservices architecture 
• Hands-on exposure to cloud technologies like( azure/ AWS)

        8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using J2EE Framework. 

        Experience with React.js, AngularJS, strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5

        Passion for building enterprise web applications leveraging modern architecture principles, strong prior experience as a full stack developer. 

        Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability

        Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards

        Experience working collaboratively with a globally distributed team.

        Experience with agile methodologies and good exposure to DevOps/CICD models.

        Passion for keeping up with new trends and developments in the programming community and is eager to find ways to incorporate these new ideas into our codebase.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Love for Software and the Microsoft tech stack.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure, etc
• Passion for upcoming tech; experience/tinkering with ASP.NET Core, Azure Cosmos DB, etc
• Basic SQL programming 
• Ability to work with client-side scripting languages; newer frameworks and paradigms such as React, Flutter or Angular
• 2+ years of experience developing large/complex application end-to-end

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Web Development is required.
• Strong middle-tier development (API's).
• Should be hands-on with the technical deliverables.
• Very strong software engineering - design, development and testing, experience.
• Good understanding of design / architectural patterns and automation platforms.
