Fullstack Developer - Microsoft Tech + Modern JS Frameworks

Job Role: MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 1 to 7 Years

Location: Surat (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN technologies
• Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility

Requirements:

• Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git
• Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills

• C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework
• JavaScript, Angular (React, Vue.js, Knockout.js also considered)
• SQL Server, relational databases (NoSQL is a plus)
• Microsoft Azure, AWS
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack web applications using .NET and Angular
• Build scalable APIs and backend services with C# and ASP.NET
• Develop responsive front-end components using JavaScript frameworks
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and security
• Work with SQL Server and data access layers
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an Agile environment
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices

Senior / Project Lead Responsibilities (If Applicable)

• Technical ownership across the software development lifecycle
• Architecture and technical design decisions
• Mentoring junior engineers
• Estimation, planning, and technical problem-solving

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer
• Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Experience building scalable, production-grade web applications
• SaaS experience is highly desirable

Nice to Have (Boosts Search Reach)

You should have

● 5 - 8 years of professional experience in Node.js

● Strong Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks - Express.js

● Hands-on experience in creating, designing and using RESTful API

● Experience in the development of large-scale SaaS and cloud-native applications

● 5 years of professional experience building Node.js backend applications

● Proficient in any databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

● Hands-on Experience in Test Drive Development (TDD)

● Strong knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS

● Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

● Knowledge of E–Commerce Integration is Good to have.

● Experience in AWS, CI/CD tools, SVN, Git and Bitbucket is good to have.

● Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.

● Strong understanding of data structures, DB schemas, troubleshooting and DB optimization.

● You will have to collaborate with Product Management and Implementation teams and build a commercially successful product
