ROLE OVERVIEW The Head of Technical Delivery – India will be the senior-most technical delivery authority at Tech Transient, responsible for the overall delivery strategy, architecture, engineering execution, and technical team leadership across Tech Transient’s projects and internal platforms. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. – 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership, architecture, or engineering management role. – Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex, production-grade software systems. – Strong hands-on experience across modern web/mobile technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices. – Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in enterprise or consulting settings is highly preferred. – Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements in a consulting or product environment. – Strong understanding of system design, scalability, security, and data privacy best practices. – Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders/clients.
