Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals, and also leading client projects in close consultation with our internal development team.

This is not just a sales role — we are looking for someone who can own client accounts, ensure smooth delivery by collaborating with developers/designers, and act as a bridge between the client and our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads across target industries and regions.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project scopes with developers.
• Lead project planning and execution with developers and designers, ensuring client satisfaction and quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, tech) to deliver customized proposals and communications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry platforms.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services, SaaS, or digital product domains.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client lifecycle, and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to collaborate with developers and manage project delivery cycles.
• Comfortable handling outbound outreach and cold communication.
• Knowledge of services such as web/app development, branding, UI/UX, and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience pitching IT solutions to startups, SMEs, or global clients.
• Familiarity with proposal/RFP creation and technical documentation.
• Understanding of sales enablement strategies, including email/LinkedIn campaigns.
• Awareness of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clutch, Upwork.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, design thinking, or CX (Customer Experience) is a plus.

• Candidate will be responsible for providing full life-cycle development (design, coding, and testing) and maintenance of web-based system on Azure
• Candidate should have experience in GitHub, knowledge of DevOps is a plus
• Experienced in designing and implementing web portals, experience with DNN is must
• Ability to work with multiple languages including C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Javascript and related libraries, HTML, Complex SQL queries, CSS, BootStrap, JSON.
