We are looking for a GenAI-native Learning Builder who can create engaging Grades 6–12 Science and Math content for learners and teachers. This role blends strong curriculum understanding with hands-on use of Generative AI to produce explanations, worked examples, practice material, and assessments. You will also build GenAI Content Playbooks consisting of reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and quality checks to enable consistent content generation at scale. Additionally, you will prototype simple interactive simulations and visualizations using code to make concepts intuitive and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality and engaging K–12 Science and Math learning content aligned with Indian curricula, incorporating common misconceptions and clear learning scaffolding.
- Use Generative AI tools to draft and iterate concept explanations, micro-lessons, worked examples, question banks, and assessments across different difficulty levels.
- Build GenAI Content Playbooks including reusable prompt frameworks, content blueprints, templates, rubrics, and quality checklists to enable scalable and consistent content generation.
- Prototype and create simple interactive simulations and visualizations to explain concepts effectively.
- Review and validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, clarity, grade-level suitability, and correctness of solutions, and continuously improve playbooks based on feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and engineers to integrate content and playbooks into production pipelines and tooling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with K–12 Science and/or Math curriculum.
- Proven ability to create student-friendly explanations and practice material that promote conceptual understanding rather than rote learning.
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI for educational content creation, iteration, and refinement.
- Ability to design repeatable GenAI Content Playbooks combining prompt frameworks, templates, and quality control processes.
- Comfort with coding sufficient to build basic learning interactives using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail, especially for correctness in math and science content.

We are looking for new team members with a technical background to help us change the education landscape of India! The role of the technical tutor is to set up the study program modules, facilitate or organize additional events together with our partners under the supervision of the Head of Tech and support the students through the program and ensure that the content is made available to the students.
Role & responsibilities
- Understand the 01Edu System curriculum and content, ability to implement instructions to modify platform content and know the platform inside and out.
- Perform audits of student work during the test period.
- Communicate with students during sprint (piscines) and study period and answer their questions.
- Monitor students progress and guide them
- Be able to identify platform bugs and communicate with the manager and/or 01 tech team.
- Initiate or support with organizing tech events and collaborations (demo days, hackathons, partners’ activities)
- Query the database to perform analytics and extract insights.
- Ensure data backup and implement specific actions to maintain data integrity and building security
- Work collaboratively with 01Edu team on the platform use
