We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable DADS Trainer to conduct hands-on training in Data Analytics and Data Science. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise, coding proficiency, and a passion for teaching concepts in Python, statistics, machine learning, data visualization, and tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on SEO, PPC (Google AdWords), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing, SEM, ORM, Website design, and Web Analytics.
• Assist students in practical digital marketing tasks.
• Plan and prepare course materials and lesson plans.
• Conduct demo sessions and doubt-solving sessions.
• Continuously improve teaching methodologies for better student satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and more.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, SEMrush, MailChimp, etc.
• Certifications (e.g., Google AdWords, HubSpot Content Marketing) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

o Understand client needs and deliver personalized, high-quality mental health

services.

 Communication and Resource Development:

o Develop, improve, and structure information and communication tools for MHFA

offerings, specifically for B2B clients.

o Ideate, design, and implement communication tools and programs to support

Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders) and strengthen the MHFAiders community.

 Program Promotion and Coordination:

o Promote and coordinate initiatives such as the MHFAI Awards Program and

MHFAiders Chat community.

o Plan and manage webinars, events, and activities to advocate for mental health first

aid in workplaces and educational institutions, engaging prominent stakeholders.

 Market Engagement and Support:

o Support the sales and marketing team by handling technical discussions with

prospective clients.

o Stay updated on developments in the mental health sector, including government

initiatives and market trends.

 Training and Delivery:

o Learn and deliver MHFA programs to various audiences.

 Strategic Contribution:

o Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of MHFA India’s work plan.

o Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

 3–5 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, corporate wellness, or

related fields.

Education:

 Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology (preferably with HR

specialization), or Social Work.

Skills and Knowledge:

 Strong proficiency in mental health training for adults.

 Expertise in content development for mental health awareness programs.

 Experience working in structured or organized groups is highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

 Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

 Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

 Knowledge of mental health market trends and government policies.

 Ability to design and implement engaging programs and events.

• Assessing the needs of the customers and employees and developing and conducting training sessions to familiarize and execute the training requirement for the Company, which will help in sustainably grow Straumann business
• Determines training needs and requirements for the Company by meeting with managers, talking with employees and reviews existing training materials available to determine appropriateness and relevance
• Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs. Presents in-person and online training sessions
• Schedules training sessions and manages course enrolment and monitors training program and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as and when necessary
• Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
• Manages costs for all programs
• Monitor and report on industry best practices
