Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, technically proficient, and partner-focused PreSales Consultant specializing in Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our internal sales teams, channel partners, and vendors. Your primary mission will be to empower and enable our channel partners, design robust UCC technical solutions, and drive successful customer engagements from initial discovery through to solution validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver PreSales training for Channel Partners on products and solutions, and handhold them so they can progressively manage customer engagements going forward.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team throughout the opportunity cycle.
• Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and address Channel Partner and End Customer queries.
• Engage with Channel Partners to understand End Customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with Inflow's Vendors and internal stakeholders to support solution validation. Ensure effective communication and timely closure of opportunities.
• Continuously upgrade technical expertise through certifications, industry awareness, and structured learning. Stay current with technology trends, new product capabilities, and best practices.

Key Skills

1. Work experience with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies is desirable.
2. Exposure to or certifications in relevant products and solutions from Inflow Technologies' vendor list (UCC Portfolio) will be desirable.
3. Broad understanding of key UCC technologies and core concepts is essential — including, but not limited to, IP telephony, VoIP, video conferencing systems, contact centre solutions, unified messaging, collaboration platforms, audio-visual solutions, headsets & endpoints, meeting room solutions, and integration with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other cloud collaboration ecosystems; along with knowledge of architectures, design principles, and deployment models within the domain.
4. Ability to train partners, design technical solutions, and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on customer requirements is essential. Hands-on experience — not at deep implementation level, but sufficient to manage design discussions, training, customer queries, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) — is essential.

Interview Process: 2 Rounds Virtual and Final Face-to-Face

1. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.
2. Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.
3. Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.
4. Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis
5. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the equipment specified is correct for the installation.
  · Produce system schematics including audio, video, control, power.
  · Produce rack layouts.
  · Design metalwork work such as input plates and wall boxes
  · Work closely with the project managers and clients to ensure that all requirements specified are
  accounted for.
  · Communicate any site requirements such as IT and FM dependencies.
  · Co-ordinate the production of M&E drawings with the CAD team
  · Communicate required system functionality to the control system programmer.
  · Liaise with 3rd party trades/subcontractors to ensure smooth integration.
  · Test system racks to ensure they meet the requirements identifying and rectify faults prior to shipping.
  · Commission equipment to the highest standard on site, including programming of audio DSP’s, setup
  of digital video systems and setup of video conferencing systems.
  · Provide technical support for the duration of the project.

Skills Required:

• Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands.
  · An up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace including products and trends.
  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  · Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
  · Good understanding of IT and networks
  · Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

Note: Since we are a media company, the role will require only media technical skills and you will be working on media technical operations. This role does not need any software testing or software production skills.

Primary Responsibilities
▪ To perform 100% linear watch-through for Audio, Video, & Subtitle content for a variety
of clients and formats (SD, Blu-ray, etc.) and ensure that these assets are free of any
errors.
▪ To carry out menu quality testing and functionality logic testing for a variety of clients.
▪ Report and document issues found using project-related checklists and internal
database.
▪ Communicating with offload units about project status, issues found, etc.
▪ Send daily updates of work to the team.
▪ Communicate and interact with the Production Manager, Authoring team, offloading
units, and associated departments regarding issues related to the project.
▪ Update OMS and time tracker on a project-to-project basis.
▪ Ensure on-time and accurate completion of projects.


Qualifications

- Eye for detail in noticing issues, both minor and major, with respect to menu design,
audio, video & subtitles and functionality logic.
- Exposure to game/software testing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premier, or other video/audio SW a plus.
- Exposure to AV equipment and other home-entertainment hardware is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with a computer and in tune with the latest technologies.
- Understanding of graphics, imagery and sound specifications, such as colours,
resolution, audio glitches etc, a plus.
- A dedicated and well-rounded individual with the ability to work well under pressure as
part of a team with tight deadlines.
- A keen interest in media and multimedia is required.
- Good eyesight and no obvious hearing defects.
- Keen interest in working with different types of software and hardware is required.
- Desire to learn new concepts and cross-train with other departments.
