Channel Sales Professional – Maxhub

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

● Plan and conduct on-site product demonstrations at schools and corporate offices, tailoring the pitch to the audience (academic decision-makers vs. corporate procurement/IT teams).

● Showcase product features, use-cases and value proposition effectively to generate interest and move prospects through the sales funnel.

● Design and deliver structured product training sessions for channel partners to build their confidence and competence in selling and demonstrating the product.

● Educate channel partners on product positioning, competitive advantages, pricing and objection-handling techniques.

● Address gatherings of 10–15 partners at a time for product training sessions, ensuring clear communication and engagement.

● Drive lead generation during partner and customer interactions, and manage the subsequent lead pipeline through to conversion.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners and end customers to move opportunities toward order closure.

● Work in a strongly result-oriented manner, with a clear focus on achieving order closures with both channel partners and end customers.

● Build and sustain long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure repeat business and sustained sell-through.

● Take a strong end-customer-centric approach, understanding customer needs and positioning the right solution accordingly.

● Develop, own and drive the business plan for the assigned territory, identifying growth opportunities and new partner/customer acquisition.

● Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of demos, training and order fulfillment.

● Track and report on demo outcomes, training effectiveness, lead status and territory performance to the reporting manager.

● Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings and market trends within the AV industry to remain an effective territory representative.

 Qualification & Experience:

● Preferably an Engineering Graduate or MBA.

● 3–5 years of experience in the AV industry.

Key Skills

● Good communication skills.

● Proficiency in product demonstration with large clients such as corporates and educational institutions.

● Confidence to address a gathering of 10–15 partners on product training and lead management.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 3D Exhibition Stall Designer with strong expertise in custom‑built exhibition stalls, pavilions, experiential zones, and corporate booths. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with fabrication knowledge to deliver practical, cost‑effective, and visually striking designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design island booths, peninsula booths, mezzanine structures, and interactive zones.
• Create production‑ready drawings and coordinate with fabrication/execution teams.
• Integrate LED fascia, premium lighting, AV, and digital engagement elements.
• Ensure fabrication feasibility, material selection, and compliance with venue regulations.
• Estimate costs, suggest alternatives, and design within client budgets.
• Present concepts effectively to clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Experience

• 5–7 years in exhibition stall design & fabrication industry.
• Portfolio of stalls ranging from 18 sqm to 200+ sqm.
• Exposure to technology, engineering, manufacturing, IT, and B2B exhibitions.

Technical Skills

• 3Ds Max (mandatory)
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp, V‑Ray/Corona Renderer, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and layouts

1. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.
2. Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.
3. Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.
4. Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis
5. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the equipment specified is correct for the installation.
  · Produce system schematics including audio, video, control, power.
  · Produce rack layouts.
  · Design metalwork work such as input plates and wall boxes
  · Work closely with the project managers and clients to ensure that all requirements specified are
  accounted for.
  · Communicate any site requirements such as IT and FM dependencies.
  · Co-ordinate the production of M&E drawings with the CAD team
  · Communicate required system functionality to the control system programmer.
  · Liaise with 3rd party trades/subcontractors to ensure smooth integration.
  · Test system racks to ensure they meet the requirements identifying and rectify faults prior to shipping.
  · Commission equipment to the highest standard on site, including programming of audio DSP’s, setup
  of digital video systems and setup of video conferencing systems.
  · Provide technical support for the duration of the project.

Skills Required:

• Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands.
  · An up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace including products and trends.
  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  · Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  · Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
  · Good understanding of IT and networks
  · Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

Note: Since we are a media company, the role will require only media technical skills and you will be working on media technical operations. This role does not need any software testing or software production skills.

Primary Responsibilities
▪ To perform 100% linear watch-through for Audio, Video, & Subtitle content for a variety
of clients and formats (SD, Blu-ray, etc.) and ensure that these assets are free of any
errors.
▪ To carry out menu quality testing and functionality logic testing for a variety of clients.
▪ Report and document issues found using project-related checklists and internal
database.
▪ Communicating with offload units about project status, issues found, etc.
▪ Send daily updates of work to the team.
▪ Communicate and interact with the Production Manager, Authoring team, offloading
units, and associated departments regarding issues related to the project.
▪ Update OMS and time tracker on a project-to-project basis.
▪ Ensure on-time and accurate completion of projects.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Eye for detail in noticing issues, both minor and major, with respect to menu design,
audio, video & subtitles and functionality logic.
- Exposure to game/software testing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premier, or other video/audio SW a plus.
- Exposure to AV equipment and other home-entertainment hardware is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with a computer and in tune with the latest technologies.
- Understanding of graphics, imagery and sound specifications, such as colours,
resolution, audio glitches etc, a plus.
- A dedicated and well-rounded individual with the ability to work well under pressure as
part of a team with tight deadlines.
- A keen interest in media and multimedia is required.
- Good eyesight and no obvious hearing defects.
- Keen interest in working with different types of software and hardware is required.
- Desire to learn new concepts and cross-train with other departments.
- An ability to learn quickly and effectively.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure.
