Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Funds domain (Asset Management / Fund Accounting / Private Equity / Hedge Funds). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the investment lifecycle, NAV calculation, and fund operations, and will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions for fund accounting and investment management platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to fund accounting and investment operations
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and technology teams
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and data mapping documents
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and support solution design for fund platforms
- Work across the end-to-end investment lifecycle: trade capture → settlement → reconciliation → NAV → reporting
