About the job

o  Candidate will be in leading role to thoroughly understand client requirements and expedite functional and technical design for the overall planning solution; lead team of experienced and novice to deliver solutions meeting client expectations. 

o  Candidate must be well versed with Feedstock ranking (Indifference), Rolling Plans, Back-casting, configuration selection and plant debottlenecking studies, update of multi-period, multi-plant linear programming models. 

o  Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in Production Planning, Technical Services division) and /or delivered Planning solution to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments. 

o  Candidate should have knowledge of refinery / petrochemicals plant configurations, their economics, blending operations, yield accounting, crude blending, product distribution, crude arrival sequencing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy SailPoint IIQ/IDN implementation(s).

• Contribute to requirements gathering, technical design & test case preparation activities.

• Develop code and perform unit testing in line with the requirements and design, for client-specific

use cases.

• Perform integration testing, debugging and troubleshooting issues, including interactions with the

technology vendor when needed.

• Assist client(s) with execution of user acceptance testing.

• Support client(s) with readiness for deployment and actual deployment, followed by hypercare

post-production.

• Enable knowledge transfer and handover to the client.

• Adhere to and implement security best practices throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master degree in related field (CS/IT) or equivalent work experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions

using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow is a must.

• IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityIQ Architect, or IdentityNow Engineer certification(s) are good to

have.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

• Implementation experience with SailPoint IIQ 7.2 and above versions or IdentityNow on features:

- On-boarding of new applications using native connectors and custom API

- Rules - Connector, Aggregation & Provisioning Rules

- User Lifecycle requests and Lifecycle events

- Custom Tasks and Reports

- Roles, SoD Policies & Certifications

• Good Java programming skills; Java certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design comprehensive Informatica MDM solutions tailored to their needs.

·      Implementation: Lead the implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

·      Data Modelling: Design and implement data models to support MDM initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

·      Data Quality Management: Implement Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) processes and workflows to improve data quality and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

·      Integration: Integrate Informatica MDM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI platforms, to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.

·      Customization: Develop custom components, workflows, and extensions to extend the functionality of Informatica MDM and meet specific business requirements.

·      Data Governance: Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices to govern the use, management, and quality of master data within the organization.

·      Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and maintenance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Informatica MDM solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring Informatica MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related Informatica tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling principles, data integration concepts, and master data management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation using Informatica IDQ.
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data stewardship workflows, and data quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Informatica certification(s) in MDM and/or IDQ is a plus.

Gather requirements by identifying user needs and recommend solution to clients.

Develop user requirement document, functional specification, user guide and training material for solutions.

Act as a liaison between development team and stakeholder throughout the implementation.

Support implementation, user acceptance testing and training activities (when required).

Analyzing, developing and proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.

Provide support in pre-sales activities with sales and marketing team, activities included analysis on RFP, provide business proposal, conduct system demo.

What you’ll need?

Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT and Business majors preferred.

Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Must possess good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), practical understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to business’ needs.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Retail domain knowledge would be a strong advantage.

About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead/Managing Architect for our API/Backend Development team. In this role, you’ll lead the effort to develop channels and APIs for our marketplace channels and scalable data pipelines, which process over 5 billion products a day.

In your first 6 months and beyond, you will:

• Learn the ins and outs of our platform, our codebase and our engineering processes
• Help build features for software that works with large data sets
• Play a key cross-functional role within our team of highly talented Javascript and PHP developers
