We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Data Scientist (DA-DS) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Development
● Lead the end-to-end instructional design process to create engaging, scalable, and user-centric learning content.
● Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), guides, and job aids.
● Ensure all training content aligns with adult learning principles, industry best practices, and company objectives.
SaaS Integration Training
● Design and deliver training programs focused on SaaS platform integration, API usage, and customization workflows.
● Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on platform updates, integration capabilities, and best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
● Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
● Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to assess training needs and define learning objectives.
● Collaborate with customer success, product management, and marketing teams to align training with customer journeys.
Technology & Tools
● Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create e-learning modules.
● Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and distribute content effectively.
● Integrate multimedia elements, interactive simulations, and assessments into training materials to enhance engagement.
Metrics & Improvement ● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback, performance data, and completion rates.
● Continuously iterate on learning content to improve quality and relevance.
● Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing, support) to incorporate customer insights and real-world use cases into training content, ensuring that all learning solutions meet both business and customer needs.
● Align training content with business and customer success goals, ensuring measurable impact on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs to optimize learning outcomes and business results.
● Utilize an agile instructional design approach to quickly adapt training content in response to evolving product features, customer feedback, and business requirements. Regularly update and improve course materials to keep pace with product updates.
● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of training initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs. Manage competing priorities and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
● 9+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
● Proven experience in creating training for SaaS platforms, particularly in integration and API-based workflows.
● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
● Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), video editing tools, and graphic design software.
● Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials for MERN Stack web application development.
- Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups in a classroom or online setting.
- Provide hands-on training on MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
- Teach how to use No SQL Database, REST API, and how to connect REST API with front-end applications.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding and progress.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees throughout the training process.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MERN Stack web application development.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop real-world scenarios and case studies for trainees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MERN Stack web application development.
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
