Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certification, ITIL) is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on SAP MM systems.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and driving system enhancements.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with data management and reporting.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in SAP MM systems.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and enterprise applications is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.

We are using SAP S4HANA 2023, SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Arbia (Strategic Sourcing & Commerce Automation), and other third-party applications integrated with S4HANA to drive and run our business.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solution Architect SAP - SAP MM & ARIBA with a solid background in SAP MM (procurement, inventory, and materials planning), ARIBA (SLP, sourcing, and commerce automation), and Master Data Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT initiatives related to business processes, specifically focusing on SAP MM and ARIBA systems along with other modules.

1) Should have strong knowledge on Procure to Pay processes End to End

2) Purchase Requisitions creation, Processing, Approval workflow processes

3) Purchase Order creation, Processing, Approval workflow processes

4) Sending the PO to vendors

5) Order confirmation by vendors

6) PO approvals by the buyer considering vendor's order confirmation

7) Goods Receipt/Service entry sheet by the buyer

8) Two-way and three-way match

9) Invoice from vendor

10) Experience in configuring CIG

11) Invoice approvals workflow

12) Payment process (Desirable)

13) IT Consulting experience in any procurement applications like Ariba, SAP ECC, etc is needed

14) Working knowledge of SAP ECC procurement apps is an advantage

15) Ability to understand and mapping the procurement process to L1/L2/L3/L4/L5 levels based on multiple country/category of business flavours

16) Ability to map the processes to the tools(Ariba) functionality and conduct requirement elicitation workshops and do solution confirmation based on the available tool's functionality vs the business requirement

17) Strong communication skill is a must-have

18) Ability to manage/Govern Geo and function-wise distributed teams and ensure program delivery is a must.

19) Previous experience of managing large programs is needed

20) Project planning and delivery management is a must-have skill
