Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Vision Research Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-supervised learning (SSL) techniques, vision pre-training strategies, and hands-on experience with end-to-end delivery of computer vision projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art self-supervised learning algorithms for vision tasks.
• Develop and optimize pre-training pipelines for downstream CV applications.
• Work on tasks such as object detection, segmentation, OCR, pose estimation, and visual reasoning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and validate models in real-world scenarios.
• Conduct experiments, benchmark performance, and contribute to research publications or internal whitepapers.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SSL algorithms (e.g., MoCo, SimCLR, BYOL, DINO, MAE).
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with image/video datasets and augmentations used in pre-training.
• Solid understanding of core CV tasks and metrics (e.g., mAP, IoU, Dice).
• Demonstrated success in delivering CV solutions to production or research prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Contributions to open-source CV/SSL projects or research papers.
• Familiarity with vision transformer architectures (ViTs, Swin, etc.).
• Experience working with large-scale vision datasets and distributed training.

Designation: Sr. Quality Analyst

Roles & Responsibility:

● Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality

● Conduct manual and automated testing, identifying and documenting defects and issues

● Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects

● Identify, prioritize, and report defects and issues to the development team

● Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency

● Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and changes do not negatively impact existing functionality

● Continuously improve the testing process through the use of new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices

● Provide regular reports on testing progress and results to management

● Mentor and train other team members in manual and automation testing techniques

● The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and automation testing methodologies and tools.

Required Technical skills:

● 5-8 years of experience in the software quality field

● At least 1 year of experience working in the eCommerce domain

● Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes

● Good knowledge in Scrum/Agile methodologies and QA Automation processes in SDLC

● Familiarity with defect & test management tools like ClickUp, Jira, GitLab, and Trello.

● Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

● Effective team and subordinate management skills.

● Excellent project time reporting and management capabilities.

● Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical people and propose solutions

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
