Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and shape user-centric design strategies for our digital products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex ideas into seamless, intuitive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to guide design decisions.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and design implementation.
• Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent design patterns across products.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for design best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
