Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Solution engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure. He/ She will be responsible for integrating various Azure services to support user management, real-time communication, event scheduling, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure services, infrastructure automation, and cloud security, and will play a key role in driving cloud adoption and optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

•Deploy and manage APIs and user/group services using Azure App Service.

•Build and maintain Azure Functions for authentication, invite tracking, membership updates, and event orchestration.

•Design and manage structured data in Azure SQL Database. Handle unstructured data using Azure Cosmos DB.

•Implement Azure Web Pub Sub for live messaging, group interactions, and event notifications.

•Configure Azure Notification Hubs to deliver push alerts for invites, reminders, and calendar events.

•Leverage Azure AI Services for intelligent scheduling, personalized recommendations, and time slot matching.

•Manage sensitive credentials and OAuth tokens securely using Azure Key Vault.

•Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

•Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization through monitoring and reporting.

•Ensure compliance with security and governance policies across Azure environments.

•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.

•Stay updated with the latest Azure features and best practices.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Speaking to parents (leads given by us) and:

   1. Convincing them to book a consultation (paid or free, as applicable)

   2. Upselling/converting to paid subscriptions/courses and programs, wherever applicable

2. Communicating with prospects via email and whatsapp
3. Creating and maintaining MIS and daily reports

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Application Development

• Work with Salesforce Tech Lead on requirements gathering/design workshops and define system design and solutions to be implemented on the Salesforce Platform
• Responsible for designing/configuring, developing, testing, training, documenting, and deploying high-quality code and adhering to best practices on the platform
• Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems such as ERP systems using modern web tools and technologies
• Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during deployment and implementation in production environments
• Write well-structured code using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML using the appropriate features and capabilities of each framework or language
•  

System Administration

• Provide system administration support for the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
• Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications documentation
• Review Salesforce Release Notes to have familiarity with new additions and enhancements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in building enterprise web application using ReactJS as the frontend framework
• Experience with Redux and React Hooks
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processor like Less or Sass is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends is necessary.
• Some experience with modern web-based typography.
• Excel at rapid prototyping and at writing good code.
• Experience with testing/debugging in multiple browsers and platforms.
• Expertise in using Javascript
• Should have worked on REST client and WebSockets
• Should be able to write Unit testing using any one of the frameworks like Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, Jest , Enzyme or any other similar framework.
• Should have experience in either one of the Build scripts like Gulp or Grunt or Webpack
• Low-Latency UI, Page optimization, and bundle build+caching
• Problem-solving and debugging skills

• Familiarity with tools for code reviews, version control (GIT).
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby/ Python/Node.JS code.
• Experience in application server hosting and monitoring.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on with search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc).
• Prior experience with microservices-based architecture/SOA/distributed systems.
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Experience with common AWS service EC2, RDS, S3, SES, etc.
