Key Responsibilities

• Documentation and Paperwork Management: Assist in preparing and managing various documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. You'll also draft basic letters, reports, and official communications as per instructions.

• Banking and KYC Coordination: Coordinate with banks for account openings and manage other banking-related processes. You'll help collect, prepare, and submit documents for account opening and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

• Compliance Support: Provide support in ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and maintain organized, up-to-date records.

• Administrative Support: Offer day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence. You'll also contribute to streamlining and improving internal processes related to documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Products such as gas flow measurement and control products, mass flow meter, mass flow controllers, temperature controllers, modulating motors, pressure switches,limit switches, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, Flame Detectors-Burner Controllers Assembly.

Customer Segment :- Furnace & Oven Manufacturer, Machine Manufacturer, Automotive, Heat Treatment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
• Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about front end development, web application, mobile app etc.

• Responsible for Configuration and installation of various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, load balancers (Radware), firewalls (Juniper, Fortinet, Cyberoam), network access control
• Ensure network maintenance and system upgrades
• Accountable for – Network Performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

Requirements:

• You have 7 years or more of backend development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance applications.
• Worked with and built high performance products using Node Js/GoLang/ Python and have seen the product evolution cycle from PoC to Production 
• You have a deep understanding of design principles and can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems
• You are capable of writing high-quality code that conforms to the standards and best practices in a particular language/framework.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
• You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.

Preferred:

• Previous work experience in product-based startups
• Experience building for products that have scaled and have seen the product evolution
• Understands the cryptocurrency landscape
