Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service by greeting clients, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the selection process.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including furniture, accessories, lighting, and design consultation services.

3. Sales Generation: Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for sales, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services.

4. Consultative Selling: Utilize your knowledge of interior design principles to offer personalized recommendations and design solutions to clients.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

6. Order Management: Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and coordinating delivery and installation.

7. Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and inventory levels are monitored.

8. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining client records, generating sales reports, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in interior design and sales techniques.

• Analyze the needs of the user or business
• Design and develop hardware systems based on those needs
• Test hardware prototypes and operational systems to ensure they function as expected
• Recommend hardware upgrades to improve existing systems
• Assist in integrating hardware components into larger systems
• Create technical specifications and diagrams to guide the manufacturing and assembly process
• Ensure that hardware systems are compatible with software components
• Maintain and repair hardware systems as needed
• Document each aspect of a hardware system or component for future reference and troubleshooting

Technical Architect (Databricks)

• 10+ Years Data Engineering Experience with expertise in Databricks
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Completed Data Engineering Professional certification & required classes
• Minimum 2-3 projects delivered with hands-on experience in Databricks
• Completed Apache Spark Programming with Databricks, Data Engineering with Databricks, Optimizing Apache Spark™ on Databricks
• Experience in Spark and/or Hadoop, Flink, Presto, other popular big data engines
• Familiarity with Databricks multi-hop pipeline architecture

Sr. Data Engineer (Databricks)

• 5+ Years Data Engineering Experience with expertise in Databricks
• Completed Data Engineering Associate certification & required classes
• Minimum 1 project delivered with hands-on experience in development on Databricks

About this role

We are seeking a seasoned DBA to join our team. You will have extensive experience in a mission-critical environment as a database administrator over a successful career.  You will primarily work on the Supporting our Databases, AWS RDS (MySQL), and  MongoDB/ Cassandra.

• Provide leadership in database scaling & monitoring. Maintain runbooks for our 24x7 SRE team.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to script in a high-level language like Python, Ruby, etc for Automation.

• 4+ years of experience in database design and DevOps on AWS.
• Must demonstrate a clear understanding of logical and physical database design and standards.
