Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our API Services.
• Prepare customized reports for clients using SQL queries to extract information from database.
• Perform API integration in third-party applications.
• Run APIs in Postman / Unix command line to re-produce error conditions
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PHP development or Technical Support role.
• Strong knowledge of API integration and testing.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Expectation:

1.  Responsible for creating technical documentation for a data migration plan and a data management plan Experience in handling client requirements, capturing and demonstrating solutions to customer and effectively suggest design/architecture changes.

2.     Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned time-sensitive tasks

a.     Ability to directly communicate with the client on requirements, regular discussions, follow-ups and US counterparts

Qualifications:

Mandatory Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree or equivalent HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) Cerner EHR or EHR platform equivalent work experience

2.     Must have experience in CCL (Cerner Command Language), Reporting, CCL Scripts, Discern Explorer, Discern Visual Developer, Extracts, Ops Job, Olympus.

3.     Programming experience in SQL

4.     Must understand Cerner Millennium Data Model.

5.     Must have experience in Cerner Implementation / Upgrade / Ongoing Support & Maintenance projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.     Discern Dev, DA2(Discern Analytics), custom components/Mpage custom components, Power Insight (PI)

2.     Experience in Data Engineering (Extract Transform Load)

3.     Client requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.

4.     Experience in data modeling, data governance, and or data architecture

5.     Basic knowledge of US Healthcare

6.     Experience with business analytics tools like Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI.
