Responsibilities
- Forward-Looking Product Development:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on the technical direction, scalability, and maintainability of the product.
- Proactively consider and address security, performance, and scalability requirements during development.
- Cloud and Infrastructure: Leverage Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure use of cloud services. Work closely with DevOps to improve deployment processes.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, enabling smooth and frequent deployments. Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate and optimize the development process.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them solve day-to-day challenges, enhance code quality, and adopt best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing, automated testing coverage, and overall product quality.
- Product Security: Actively implement and promote security best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation & Code Reviews: Promote good coding practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain clear documentation.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with .NET Core for backend development and RESTful API design.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to VMs, databases, application gateways, and user management.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, particularly CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment automation.
- Strong knowledge of product security best practices and experience implementing secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with QA processes and automated testing tools is a plus.
- Ability to support team members in solving technical challenges and sharing knowledge effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET Core
- Previous experience as a Staff SE, tech lead, or in a similar hands-on tech role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

We are now looking for a Customer Success Executive who can own the merchant journey, solve problems with empathy, and ensure that every merchant scales confidently with Printrove.
Role Overview:
The Customer Success Executive will be the first line of interaction for our merchants, combining customer support excellence with proactive success ownership. You will ensure merchants feel supported, resolve operational queries quickly, and guide them towards using Printrove effectively to grow their business.
This role is critical as you’ll act as the bridge between our merchants and internal teams (operations, sales, product).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Reactive):
- Respond to merchant tickets and inquiries on Zoho Desk with empathy and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot operational issues such as orders, printing, shipping, or integrations.
- Escalate recurring or critical issues to the operations/product teams and ensure closure.
Customer Success (Proactive):
- Onboard new merchants smoothly — guide them through integrations, catalog access, and first sample orders.
- Nudge merchants towards success milestones (placing their first order, upgrading to Business Plan, scaling monthly orders).
- Track merchant health metrics (order frequency, repeat rates, quality issues) and follow up proactively.
- Collaborate with the Sales/KAM team to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
Collaboration & Ownership:
- Document recurring issues, feedback, and feature requests into Zoho CRM/ClickUp.
- Partner with Operations to resolve root causes of quality or shipping complaints.
- Support Marketing in community campaigns, webinars, and engagement initiatives for merchants.
- Continuously improve knowledge base, playbooks, and SOPs to make merchant support more efficient.
What Success Looks Like
- Merchant queries are resolved quickly with minimal escalations.
- New merchants complete onboarding smoothly and place their first orders.
- Merchant retention improves — fewer churns, more merchants cross higher order volumes.
- Proactive merchant engagement (check-ins, nudges) leads to measurable increases in Business Plan upgrades or repeat orders.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Success roles, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or D2C.
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Tamil a plus).
- Empathy-driven — ability to listen, understand, and solve problems like a partner.
- Comfortable with tools like Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, ClickUp, and Shopify/WooCommerce.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and revamp creative, eye-catching websites as per the client's needs.
- Work with project managers to discuss the desired website functionality and provide solutions.
- Integrate custom templates/themes into WordPress.
- Work with various WordPress third-party plugins (Like WooCommerce, Buddypress, Elementor, and others) and customize when required.
- Develop custom plugins and custom functionalities on top of Wordpress and WooCommerce.
Skills:
- Experience & Knowledge of WordPress Architecture, WooCommerce, Page Builder’s (like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer etc), and other best practice solutions
- Experience & Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery.
- Experience & Knowledge of child theme creation and customization as per designed based on the requirements

Role: Software Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software development using Core Java, multi-threading, DS and Algos.
Key Requirements:
- • Develop robust Core Java code for advanced financial banking and trading applications, primarily using core Java principles around multi-threading and caching technologies.
- • Strong in Core Java concepts, JVM, API’s along with SQL and Java Message Service (JMS) skills.
- • Experience in Java server-side / backend development experience
- • Experience in Java Spring (Spring MVC, Spring batch, Spring Boot), Hibernate and JPA is a plus.
- • Knowledge of microservices development, container stack and CI/CD;
- Ensure the brand image is maintained through various collaterals
- Execution and quick turnaround of collaterals as required by the marketing and sales teams including advertising collaterals, primary packaging, secondary packaging, brand collaterals in-store and otherwise, online banners, etc.
- Guiding outsourced digital marketing teams on design aesthetic and brand DNA
- Supervision of printing of packaging material and coordination with vendors for the same e.g. to ensure that colors on the screen are printed on physical labels etc.
Education Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate, Design Course diploma or degree preferred
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in accounts
- Deep knowledge of software like Adobe Photoshop, AI, etc.
