IndiaMART is offering an exciting Work from Home opportunity for Returning to Work Mothers/Females.

We are hiring #part-time #associate having #remote location who will assist IndiaMART’s buyers over call. You will be required to verify information from the buyer and update the same on the portal.

It is a #non-sales process but a #voice based calling process. You are expected to work a minimum of 4hrs a day.

All you need is good verbal #communication skills, laptop/desktop and broadband internet connection and above all, zeal to work.

An average associate working 8 hours a day earns about rupees 15,000/- to 25,000/- per month in this program. Additional incentives will also be provided based on the quality and output of your service.

• You primarily identify as a Frontend Engineer or a UI Engineer and are comfortable working on the browser side of things with 7+ years experience (preferably from B2C startup companies).
• You can build accessible interfaces with semantic HTML, CSS, and Javascript.  
• You can build reusable, performant, and well-tested web applications that are responsive and work across various devices and platforms.  
• You can build features from scratch which are modular and scalable. You don’t hesitate to take them from design to implementation.
• You have shipped code to production recently and regularly.
• You are experienced in working with using modern web frameworks, like React, Vue, and friends. We use React but prefer people with strong web concepts and fundamentals who are open to learning any framework/library. 
• You are fluent in using the tools of the trade: editors, git, command line, Slack, Jira (unfortunately yes)

• You will design, build and own APIs and Services, which will be the core of the product.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in building highly scalable backend systems.
• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as JAVA, Operating System may be required, and Experience in Databases such as MySQL or Postgre SQL
• Strong understanding of Computer Science Fundamentals, Data Structures and Algorithms, SOLID Design Principles, and REST Patterns.
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.

• Make Outbound Calls to Prospects
• Explaining the services of Hedgehomes over call and in person to the clients
• Assissting the Prospects in site visits to various real estate projects briefing them about the pros and cons of individual location and project.
• Analysing the requirement of the prospect and finding a suitable project for him/her.
• Supporting business development through active lead nurturing and developing prospect relationships
• Maintaining Proper Follow up with the prospects and updating it on cloud based CRM.
