What will you do at Fitbudd?

1. Build product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities, market

positioning, competitive landscape, product market fit and so on

2. Establish and maintain healthy relationship with partners, prospects and customers

in various geographies

3. Cold/warm calling and making multiple outbound calls to prospects and users.

4. Own and meet assigned sales targets by working closely with the sales team by

ensuring proper input metrics in place.

5. Collaborate with various internal functions like presales, customer success,

marketing, and support to ensure seamless support for partners and customers

6. Be the single point of contact for partners and assisting on issues with conversions,

objection handling, providing necessary resources to achieve closure.

7. Discover and implement new / market-specific lead generation exercises to

expand/grow existing account base, working closely with marketing teams, CSM and

reseller sales teams

8. Arrange online training sessions/ Demos and ensure the partner is updated with the

product features

9. Handle incoming support tickets from partners, manage escalations from

partners/customers

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Design/optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B tech lead gen, managing budgets up to $100K+.
• Develop audience strategies (job titles, company size, industry) and refine via performance analysis.
• Execute manual bids, retargeting, and A/B tests across formats (Sponsored Content, InMail, Text Ads).

Audience & Data

• Build custom audiences using client CRM/data and implement exclusion rules.
• Track lead quality and align targeting with sales pipelines.

Performance & Reporting

• Deliver client reports tying metrics (CTAs, conversions) to business goals.
• Collaborate with Google Ads teams for cross-platform attribution.

Technical Setup

• Implement LinkedIn Insight Tag, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking.

Requirements

• 2–3 years agency experience managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B / B2B SaaS clients.
• Proven skill in scaling budgets, manual bidding, and CRM integration.
• Strong analytics and ability to present data-driven insights to clients.
• Experience working with teams from Google Ads, SEO, or marketing automation.
• Knowledge of B2B sales cycles.

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development with significant experience using ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile: A .NET Fullstack Developer with at least 5 years of experience, who thrives on challenges. In this position, you will be responsible for creating high-quality testable code and working with Analysts and Designers to analyze customer requirements. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to come up with creative solutions.
