An experienced Android Native Application specialize with 5-8 years of experience emphasizes technical leadership, architectural design, and proficiency in modern Kotlin-based Android development practices. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-driven, and capable of leading a distributed development team. You’ll play a key role in building high-quality iOS applications that deliver great user experiences and align with business goals.

Job Summary

This pivotal role involves leading a team of engineers, defining technical direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products from concept through deployment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Android ecosystem and a proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include defining technical architecture and development standards, leading application development using Kotlin, and collaborating with other teams. The role also involves conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards, mentoring team members, troubleshooting performance issues, managing app releases, and staying current with new technologies like Jetpack Compose.

Required skills:

·      Candidates should have 5-8 years of Android development experience with leadership experience.

·      Strong proficiency in Kotlin, and deep knowledge of the Android SDK and design principles.

·      Experience with Android Jetpack components, modern UI development, APIs and networking libraries, version control.

·      Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

·      Preferred a portfolio of published apps, and experience with performance monitoring tools.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries.
• Proven ability to lead Android projects independently and coordinate with remote/global teams.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Knowledge of the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept to App Store deployment.

The Knowledge Graph Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing knowledge graph technologies to enhance organizational data understanding and decision-making capabilities. This role involves collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate complex data into accessible and insightful knowledge graphs.

Work you’ll do

1. Design and develop scalable and efficient knowledge graph architectures.

2. Implement knowledge graph integration with existing data systems and business processes.

3. Lead the ontology design, data modeling, and schema development for knowledge representation.

4. Collaborate with IT and business units to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive knowledge graph solutions.

5. Manage the lifecycle of knowledge graph data, including quality, consistency, and updates.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 6-10 years of professional experience in data engineering with Proven experience in designing and implementing knowledge graph systems.

3. Strong understanding of semantic web technologies (RDF, SPARQL, GraphQL,OWL, etc.).

4. Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or others.

5. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data management (e.g., Python, Java, Javascript).

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Preferred:

1. Experience with machine learning and natural language processing.

2. Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and principles

3. Prior exposure to cloud platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

1. New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including individual investors and financial advisors, through various channels. Generate high-quality leads, conduct market research, and convert leads into paying customers. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of MProfit's wealth-tech solutions.

2. Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress using our CRM systems. Continuously update and prioritize leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects. Implement effective sales strategies to accelerate the sales cycle.

3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Engage in regular client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations. Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell MProfit's products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.

4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the customer service team, marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall growth of MProfit. Provide valuable feedback from clients to enhance product features and market positioning. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.

Job responsibility:

• Hire and mentor a team of high-calibre front-end and Backend engineers
• Design and develop new user-facing full-stack applications.
• Building reusable components and front-end, backend libraries for future use
• Optimizing pages for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Optimize Backend to high scale.

Skills and Experiences:

• 6+ years of experience in software development with minimum 1 year as a tech lead.
• Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS.
• Deep understanding of at least one of React JS / Vue JS and its core principles
• Deep understanding of NodeJS.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as babel, webpack, npm
• Familiarity with at least one code versioning tools such as Git, SVN etc.
• Good understanding of quality JavaScript code (Object oriented and commonly used design patterns)
• Capable of debugging complex issues in JavaScript
• Experience in building complex single page applications with front end and backend.

JOB ROLE: PRODUCT DESIGN
Roles And Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external customers for requirements and implementation details focused on making user-experience recommendations.
• Conduct user interviews and be responsible for writing interview scripts.
• Facilitate cross-functional team in brainstorming ideas to solve user problems.
• Translate ideas rapidly into high-level designs and user journey flows that address the
  issue while contributing to holistic user experience within the product.
• Collaborate with Experience Designers to translate designs and user journey flows into
  prototypes for new products, experiences, and features.
• Analyze post-launch user data to identify opportunities to improve UX/UI.
• Proficient knowledge in Autodesk fusion 360 modelling software.

• Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking methodologies to new product and feature innovation.

• The ability to take a consultative approach during customer iterations. You should be able to interpret what solutions to provide, based on the questions asked.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients, and a successful track record of collaboration toward achieving objectives.
