Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in FinTech, invoice financing, lending, or financial platforms. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, QA, and client stakeholders to define and deliver scalable financial workflows and platform enhancements.

The ideal candidate should understand financial processes, approval workflows, compliance-driven systems, and data-heavy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Conduct requirement workshops with business, operations, and client stakeholders
• Map end-to-end workflows for invoice financing, onboarding, approvals, disbursements, and reporting
• Define Maker–Checker / approval flows and role-based access controls
• Perform gap analysis between current and proposed system capabilities
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for engineering teams
• Create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and functional solution documents
• Work closely with QA teams to validate test scenarios and support UAT cycles
• Clarify requirements during sprint planning and development cycles
• Assist in impact analysis for change requests and new feature enhancements
• Ensure requirements incorporate compliance, auditability, and data validation needs
• Support go-live activities and post-release validation

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Invoice Financing platforms (most preferred), FinTech, Lending or Banking
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, invoice processing, financial dashboards and approval mechanisms
• Experience writing clear and structured user stories and functional documents
• Familiarity with audit trails, compliance requirements, and governance-driven systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

• Exposure to Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital Financing

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Merchandiser

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Goa

Reports To: Plant Head/Director Sales & Marketing

Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Merchandiser will be responsible for handling customer accounts, coordinating between clients and the production team, ensuring timely order execution, product development, and maintaining high service levels for key buyers. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, preferably with experience in narrow fabric or elastic tape manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

• Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to develop new elastic products and solutions.

• Evaluate and select suitable materials and manufacturing processes for elastic sample/production.

• Analyse the customer’s sample to R &D department for costing & development.

• Oversee the testing, and refinement of elastic products.

• Follow up timely for order & sample.

Sample Coordination: Manage the end-to-end sample development process, from initial concept to final product sample. Ensure samples are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Material Sourcing: Co-ordinate with the sourcing team to identify and select appropriate materials for sample production. Consider cost, availability, and quality.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on samples to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Cost Management: Monitor and control sample development costs to stay within budget constraints. Look for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Timeline Management: Create and manage sample development schedules, ensuring that samples are delivered on time to meet production deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with designer, lab, HOD and production teams to translate design concepts into tangible samples. Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sample development, including specifications, costs, artwork information, technical details etc.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during sample development, such as sample delays, material shortages, or quality concerns.

Bulk Production: Before start bulk production, review all parameters, colour, quality etc. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

MPLS system: Follow MPLS system for HBI, related to order & lab dips.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, including manufacturing (PPC department), sales, and logistics.

Customer: Handling individual customers, related to new enquiries, sample development, order execution, costing, customer complaint etc.

Key Skills & Competencies:

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

·      Sound understanding of textile materials, trims, and manufacturing processes.

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·      Ability to handle multiple orders and priorities efficiently.

Education Qualification:

·      Graduate / Postgraduate in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.

·      4–6 years of relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in elastic tapes, narrow fabrics, or garment accessories manufacturing.

·      Experience in handling domestic or export clients is desirable.

Your Day-to-Day

1. Derive Insights and drive major strategic projects to improve Business Metrics and take responsibility for cost efficiency and Revenue management across the country
2. Perform Market research, Post Mortem analyses on competitor expansion and Market Penetration patterns. 
3. Provide in-depth business analysis and data insights for internal stakeholders to help improve business. Derive and launch projects in order to reduce the gaps between targeted and projected business metrics
4. Responsible for optimizing Carsome’s C2B and B2C customer acquisition and Dealer retention funnel. Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to create, produce and implement creative digital marketing campaigns and drive CRM initiatives and strategies 
5. Analyse the Revenue flows and processes large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas for Carsome across SE-Asia
6. Lead commercial projects & process mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools and processes.
7. Having experience in analyses and insights in dealing on Unit Economics, COGs and P&L will be preferred ,but not mandatory
8. Use Business Intelligence and Data Science tools to answer the appropriate business problems using SQL, Tableau or Python.
9. Coordinate with HQ Data Insights Team and manage internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects
10. Work across different departments/functions (BI,DE, tech, pricing, finance, operations, marketing, CS,CX) and also on high impact projects and support business expansion initiatives

Your Know-Know

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or the equivalent. 
• 3-5  years of experience in strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns(CARS24,OLA,SWIGGY,FLIPKART,OYO) or entrepreneur experience preferred + At Least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT/ NIT)
• Must have SQL/PostgreSQL/Tableau Experience. 
• Excellent Market Research, reporting and analytical skills, including carrying out weekly and monthly reporting
