JOB TITLE: Associate Visual Designer
LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a mid-level visual designer with expertise in Figma. You will help us in our internal and client projects. We highly value craft expertise, and we love to see strong product thinking as well.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps and any other devices
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch points
- Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups
- Design logos, icons and infographics
- Create and organize design assets
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
- Deep understand of usability, accessibility and web standards
- Create and managing design systems
- Designing components, and tokens on Figma
- A keen eye for aesthetics & attention to detail
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Take in constructive feedback and produce quality work
- Work cross-functionally with engineering & design teams
- UX Experience is also a plus

Role & Responsibilities:
The Creative Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of all creative
concepts and guidelines, ensuring they meet the brand's objectives, and elevating the brand's
visual identity. The Creative Lead manages a team of creative, develops creative strategies, and
collaborates with other teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.

Role Description
Need a graphic designer who should be able to conceptualise campaigns and execute eye-catching and professional email designs. With the desire to learn organisational and business values, they should be able to determine the requirements and produce exceptional work.
Responsibilities
- Understand the brief, participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the exact requirements and expectations.
- Be a great team player and coordinate with other design teams to seek and provide design assistance.
- Use proficient creative software skills to create variety of static and motion graphics for communication design.
- Learn business requirements and organisational values to adapt the same in designs.
- Understand how creatives are performing via analysing performance data, and incorporate the same understanding into subsequest creatives.
Requirements
Strong Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent visual design skills in both static and basic motion graphics.

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer in a relevant field. Good layout designing skills and sense of colour usage.

Visual Communication Designer
