Requirements:



• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
• Assist the Oracle HCM Functional Team in making the changes to make sure the Application works in the Fusion Environment.
• Experience in HDL, Fast formulas, Extracts and BI Reports.
• Experience of Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of the clients.
• Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Fusion HCM projects.
• Hands-on experience with Fusion Release 13.
• Expertise in RTF, Excel, E-Text Template.
• Strong knowledge required in SQL PL/SQL.
• Good hands on BIP & OTBI, Dashboard Report.
• Experience on Oracle Report Tool, Extract, OIC, Personalization & Customization.

• As a Senior Full-stack Developer, your role would involve design development and deploy full-stack applications out of Artificial intelligence projects with a focus on low latency and scalability.
• You also need to optimize the application for better performance and a large number of concurrent users.
• Besides, you’d also closely mentor younger engineers on the team and contribute to team building.

Knowledge of database languages such as SQL, NoSQL, AWS services, linux or Python

• Knowledge in PowerBI
• Good to have knowledge in Kibana (visualization) and Kibana Development tools

• Data visualization (simple aggregation-based charts to complex geo-based visualizations)

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Data Analysis or relevant working experience

• Microsoft technology development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5 onwards, Web API, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular SQL 2012 onwards, SQL stored procedure
• Must have ReactJs with 2 projects experience or min 1.5 Years experience in ReactJS based Projects
• Troubleshooting & analysing skills
• Development Experience required for Continuous improvement program
• Good problem solving capabilities in Developed applications

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job portals , Social media platforms, Professional networks).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in IT, Non IT and leadership roles hiring, preferably for startups.
• Proven work experience (minimum 3+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Experience in volume/bulk hiring for Sales roles.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• B-Tech or MBA in Human Resources Management.

What you need to have:

• Having 6+ experience as a QA/SDET
• Having good knowledge on iOS/Android App based apps testing.
• Having good exposure on mobile based application testing and testing process.
• Good knowledge on backend API testing
• Good in writing manual test cases with all possible scenarios.
• Good exposure on JIRA, Zypher and QC.
• Good in debugging skills and ELK stack.
• Good to have experience in Java and automation technologies 

• Monitoring business metrics on a weekly basis- % repeat, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ACOS, etc
• Liaising with the brand marketing team to identify the appropriate target audience for particular ad campaigns
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ yrs digital performance marketing experience ideally in the FMCG space
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, analytics, and Instagram

Senior Analytics Consultant- Responsibilities

• Understand business problem and requirements by building domain knowledge and translate to data science problem
• Conceptualize and design cutting edge data science solution to solve the data science problem, apply design thinking concepts
• Identify the right algorithms , tech stack , sample outputs required to efficiently adder the end need
• Prototype and experiment the solution to successfully demonstrate the value
  Independently or with support from team execute the conceptualized solution as per plan by following project management guidelines
• Present the results to internal and client stakeholder in an easy to understand manner with great story telling, story boarding, insights and visualization
• Help build overall data science capability for eClerx through support in pilots, pre sales pitches, product development , practice development initiatives
