Primary Responsibilities
- Understand current state architecture, including pain points.
- Create and document future state architectural options to address specific issues or initiatives using Machine Learning.
- Innovate and scale architectural best practices around building and operating ML workloads by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop CI/CD & ML pipelines that help to achieve end-to-end ML model development lifecycle from data preparation and feature engineering to model deployment and retraining.

Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in developing CI/CD & ML pipelines for end-to-end ML model/workloads development
- Strong knowledge in ML operations and DevOps workflows and tools such as Git, AWS CodeBuild & CodePipeline, Jenkins, AWS CloudFormation, and others
- Background in ML algorithm development, AI/ML Platforms, Deep Learning, ML Operations in the cloud environment.
- Strong programming skillset with high proficiency in Python, R, etc.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud and its technologies such as S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, SageMaker etc.
- Working knowledge of databases, data warehouses, data preparation and integration tools, along with big data parallel processing layers such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
- Knowledge of pure and applied math, ML and DL frameworks, and ML techniques, such as random forest and neural networks
- Ability to collaborate with Data scientist, Data Engineers, Leaders, and other IT teams
- Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.
- Willing to flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications

Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.
1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Calling 65-70 leads every day
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Classes
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

- This role sits within the project management vertical of the organization. It will support the project delivery and execution of project tasks related to clients and is expected to bring an understanding of the importance of data in value creation and process efficiency, alongside demonstrated success working as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the delivery of customer project tasks, processes, and solutions, especially within the SAP IAM/ASPM platform, including maintaining a project office and status reporting using MS office & internal project management tools up to intermediate skill level with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Utilize Excel and database skills to execute project tasks involving data mining and normalization for agile delivery
- Demonstrate technical aptitude to execute project activities
- Provide resolution to client’s support tickets through customer interaction and communication
- Interact with customers through defined communication channels for any information
- Create and edit customer Power BI reports as per the client’s business needs
- Support development of training material as per the requirements
- Testing AsInt’s applications with the support of the development team
- Document management and versioning for up-to-date documentation

EXPERIENCE :
- 2 to 5 years of strong project management experience, preferably in SAP product implementation.
- BE or B. Tech degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional project delivery experience
- Advanced Excel skills for data mining and normalization. Must be able to write excel formulas and VBA Macros, create graphs and visualizations
- Power BI intermediate level proficiency – Create basic visualization as an end user
- MS Access for data management
- Excellent communication (Good Verbal, Written, and Presentation) and soft skills for client interaction
- Basic SQL query
- Application Testing from an end user perspective to create test scenarios
- Working in Agile Methodology
