JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the strategic partner to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, fostering long-term engagement, and driving measurable impact through our EdTech products/services. The role involves conducting tailored training sessions, analyzing user adoption metrics, and proactively resolving challenges to enhance both learning effectiveness and operational performance. Through close collaboration with product, support, and sales teams, the Customer Success Executive serves as the voice of the customer, helping shape future innovations that improve scalability, accessibility, and the overall learning experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Guide new clients through the initial setup and product adoption process.

● Support clients specifically in onboarding and adoption of ERP modules within our platform.

● Ensure a smooth transition from the sales team to customer success.

● Conduct onboarding sessions or training workshops.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

● Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.

● Educate customers on features, best practices, and new updates.

● Act as a bridge between product development and the customer.

● Monitor customer usage metrics to identify risks or opportunities.

● Proactively reach out if usage drops or engagement declines.

● Troubleshoot issues or escalate them to technical support.

● Gather feedback and insights from customers and relay them to internal teams.

● Influence product roadmap and service improvements.

● Advocate for the customer internally.

Lead Data Scientist

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end data science projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring accuracy, reliability and measurable business impact
• Translate business needs into actionable DS tasks, lead data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization

What we’re looking for

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science/ML with strong foundations in statistics, Linear Algebra, and optimization

• Skilled in building data pipelines (Airflow, Spark) and deploying models using Docker, FastAPI, etc

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer with expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Fabric to lead the migration of our existing data pipeline and processing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure cloud data services, big data analytics, and data engineering, with specific experience in Azure Data Fabric. We are looking for someone who has at least 6 months of hands-on experience with Azure Data Fabric or has successfully completed at least one migration to Azure Data Fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current data architecture using Azure Data Factory and Databricks and develop a detailed migration plan to Azure Data Fabric.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines within Azure Data Fabric, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics.
• Optimize data workflows to leverage Azure Data Fabric's unified platform for data integration, big data processing, and real-time analytics.
• Ensure seamless integration of data from SharePoint and other sources into Azure Data Fabric, maintaining data quality and integrity.
