1. Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.
2. Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.
3. Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).
4. Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.
5. Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.
6. Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

The Impact you will create on the Job:
Developing SDKs on IOS with support for cross-platform technologies like ReactNative, Flutter along with hybrid development over platforms like Cordova.
Apply data structures and algorithms to optimize the code for a lower memory, battery, and processing footprint - all with the goal to build plug-and-play SDKs that don’t expect the app developers to write any supporting code in the app.

Call Reception and Ticket Logging: Responsible for:
- Ensuring calls are answered professionally

- Provide 1st line escalation to customers and channels (referring to Jeopardy and Escalation Manager)
- Provide 1st line escalation into TPM (referring to Jeopardy and Escalation Manager)
- Responsible for advising Service Centre Manager of any missing information in the knowledge database
Communication Responsible for:

FORMAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING

- Proficiency involved in working in the service industry, with particular emphasis placed on customer focus issues.
