Role Description

Arranging interviews with clients and getting subsequent feedbacks.
Handling doubts/queries of clients and candidates.

Hand holding candidates for resignation/joining.
Coordinating the above with client and candidate.
Invoicing & payment.

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals

Therefore, this person would need to set the right expectations for a win-win solution here.
- We have a negotiation script that recommends how much each person should be paid based on
location, and the person can use this to negotiate.
4. Team Work :
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while keeping quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams via Slack and other collaboration tools.
