JOB DESCRIPTION – Scan-to-BIM Engineer (LiDAR)

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

Experience: 1–12 Years

Role Overview:

Scan-to-BIM Engineer will support the LiDAR (ALS/MLS/TLS) Scan-to-BIM Expert in processing point cloud datasets, developing BIM models, preparing engineering drawings, and assisting in the delivery of infrastructure as-built documentation.

The role is designed for candidates looking to grow into a full Scan-to-BIM expert role through hands-on project exposure, structured technical guidance, and multi-domain geospatial-BIM integration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing LiDAR datasets including registration, filtering, alignment, classification, and QA checks.

• Support creation of LOD 200–400 BIM models for bridges, railways, roads, utilities, and built infrastructure.

• Extract sections, plans, profiles, and structural elements from point clouds under expert supervision.

• Assist in preparing bridge inspection drawings, corridor as-built documentation, and clearance studies.

• Aid in integrating mesh files with BIM geometry and CAD drawings.

• Maintain organized datasets, model versions, documentation, and quality reports.

• Coordinate with GIS, CAD, field-survey, and QA teams for seamless workflow support.

• Learn and operate software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, CloudCompare, ReCap, TerraScan, etc.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy and completeness of assigned modelling and extraction tasks.

• Timely completion of work packages as delegated by senior experts.

• Reduction in errors through consistent QA adherence.

• Improvement in modelling speed and competency over time.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Architecture, GIS, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of LiDAR, point clouds, or BIM workflows preferred.

• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, or point cloud tools is an advantage.

• Strong technical aptitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Role Overview

As a Principal/Senior Visual Designer, you'll drive the visual design and art direction for Miracle of Mind. This includes shaping the visual identity across multiple digital touchpoints—from app UI and motion to marketing assets. Beyond execution, you'll critique work, elevate design quality, and influence stakeholders for a cohesive, impactful design language, collaborating closely with your team. 

What You’ll Do

● Lead visual design strategy, ensuring a cohesive design language across UI, motion, branding, and digital experiences.

● Define design principles, typography, color systems, and art direction aligned with the brand's essence.

● Set the creative vision for immersive storytelling and motion-based product experiences.

● Design high-fidelity visuals, UI components, and interactions that delight users.

● Prototype animated and interactive experiences using motion design.

● Provide thoughtful critique to elevate visual and experiential quality.

● Advocate best practices in typography, composition, and branding, balancing innovation and clarity.

● Create visual assets across digital channels, including in-app UI, onboarding, animations, and marketing.

● Deep expertise in visual design foundations: typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color.

DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:

• Analyze an organization and understand its processes and systems, to define the current state of the process (as is process map) and documenting relevant information needed to determine automation potential. The examples are as below :

• Process steps, number of applications involved, and process steps per application
• Process volumes, including any seasonal variations.
• FTE needed to execute the process
• Average handling time
• Process interdependencies
• Target SLA , Financial or regulatory points associated with the process.
• Process error rate, error volumes, and exception handling steps
• % of process steps including paper, voice, digital etc.

• Define the future state and/or business solution to automate the defined processes by designing the to-be process maps that includes some of the following information:

• Identifying & documenting clearly
  • The steps in the process suited for automation
  • The source systems, work queues, the flow of the steps, the decision points, the exception paths, and the business rules
  • Outputs and exceptional handling scenarios
  • Scenarios and test data
• Reduction in Average handling, and FTE takeout as a result of automation
• Recommendations to alter or reengineer process to improve automation potential
• Processes that are not suitable, or would not lend any return on investment

• Ensures the designs are documented within the defined project timelines, and with quality.
• Performs Quality Control via reviews of the design created by other business analysts.
• Responsible for receiving the sign-off on the design from the customer, and place the design under configuration control.
• Serves as the functional expert for the development and test teams.
• Resolve queries/issues from the development and test teams.

 KEY SKILLS

• 6 - 10 years of experience in requirements gathering, requirement management, gap analysis and SDLC.
• Working experience as a process architect/business analyst
• Experienced in writing Use Cases and High Level Functional cum Technical analysis deliverables
• Experience in working with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to model current & to be processes.
• Eye for detail and good documentation skills are needed
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal essential
• Strong ability to understand the steps of a process that lend itself to automation. Knowledge of key features of the automation product is needed.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
