Responsibilities:

The React Native App Developer will own and drive app development—including decisions about tools, technologies, and processes - for UPCRED.

Develop cross-platform mobile applications in React Native which customers love using

Work with product, design, backend teams to develop features.

Work on bindings and integrations required with native iOS and Android libraries

Plan, estimate, and delivery your project with minimal supervision.

Skills:

2 - 5 years of React Native experience with some hands-on experience with app development and launches especially deployment with the App Store and Play Store [Android + iOS].

Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, offline storage, state

management.

Experience in Firebase and App Analytics tools

Experience with Content/Video-based app.

Experience with native Android or iOS development.

Understanding of Social Video-based app Architecture

• Establishing and maintaining an effective team through managing, advising, and motivating various other teams.
• Partnering with senior management to develop strategic HR goals, policies, and programs that align with business initiatives
• Developing Human Resources strategies for various teams that includes workforce planning, pay-for-performance, talent management, talent acquisition, and succession
• Coordinating the recruitment throughout the company. Building relationships with recruiters, setting up interviews, drafting JDs etc.

• Managing the employee life cycle from entry to exit seamlessly, with meticulous and diligent record-keeping and compliance with all necessary laws/guidelines

• MBA (HR) with 5-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Preferably worked in a start-up environment
• Passion to learn & solve problems on the go
• Pleasing personality & poise to handle the employee life cycle
• Experience with being the front face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation.
• Experience in virtual onboarding orientation is advantageous.
• Experience in administering HR operations using automated tools (e.g. via Jira service desk, HRIS, or similar)

• We are looking for a front-end senior developer who is a team player and loves a fast paced working environment.
• Candidates should have a detailed understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• 2+ years of experience of working effectively with the stakeholders and also of communicating effectively with technical / development / testing team members
• Expert in HTML5, Javascript, Typescript and ES6
• Experience in using CSS/CSS3(SASS,LESS), Bootstrap
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of web applications using React JS
• Proficiency in one or more Javascript frameworks REACT JS, Angular 6/7
• Good knowledge of writing client side restful APIs
• Strong background in delivering enterprise level applications
• The ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English to all project participants
• The ability to manage team dynamics and use interpersonal skills to achieve the project goals
• Experience with Subversion, Github Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities
• Should be well versed with test driven development and be knowledgeable on associated tools and practices
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lead by example, motivating team to produce excellent results
• Should be good with SDLC processes and agile methodologies
