Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread blog articles, website content, landing pages, emails, ebooks, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure all content is grammatically correct, factually accurate, and aligned with the company's brand voice.
• Optimize content for SEO, including keywords, headings, metadata, internal linking, and readability.
• Review AI-generated content and refine it to ensure originality, clarity, and a human-first writing style.
• Collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists, designers, and product marketers to deliver high-quality content.
• Maintain editorial guidelines, style guides, and publishing standards.
• Publish and format content in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Update and refresh existing content to improve rankings and relevance.
• Verify statistics, claims, and references before publication.
• Ensure content is delivered on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in content editing, copy editing, or editorial roles.

• Experience editing long-form and short-form digital content.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
