UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Tester with a specialization in Vulnerability Testing and Penetration Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our applications through comprehensive security assessments, Load Testing, penetration testing, and integration of security into CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases, scripts, and security test plans for web, mobile, and cloud applications.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Detect and analyze threats such as SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF, IDOR, and others (OWASP Top 10).
• Integrate automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to promote secure coding and architecture practices.
• Utilize tools like Burp Suite, 'Jmeter OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Nessus, and similar.
• Perform API security testing and validate authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Document findings, assess impact and risk, and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on Security & Vulnerability Testing.
• Proficient in manual and automated testing of web and mobile apps.
• Strong experience with penetration testing tools and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, RESTful APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Working knowledge of network security, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or Security+ are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ML/DL models for document understanding, classification, and summarization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Strong Python proficiency (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of transformers, embeddings, and NLP pipelines.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain.
• Exposure to OCR, document parsing, and unstructured text analytics.
• Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, model validation, and evaluation workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and production-quality coding practices.

Bonus Skills

• Domain exposure to Fintech/BFSI or Healthcare (e.g., credit underwriting, claims automation, KYC).
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
• Experience integrating GenAI into SaaS or enterprise products.

Education

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• (Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of the end-to-end configurations, dependencies, customer requirements, and overall characteristics of the production services as the accountable owner for overall service operations
• Implementing best practices, challenging the status quo, and tab on industry and technical trends, changes, and developments to ensure the team is always striving for best-in-class work
• Lead incident response efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime. Implement effective incident management processes and post-incident reviews
• Participate in on-call rotation responsibilities, ensuring timely identification and resolution of infrastructure issues
• Possess expertise in designing and implementing capacity plans, accurately estimating costs and efforts for infrastructure needs.
• Systems and Infrastructure maintenance and ownership for production environments, with a continued focus on improving efficiencies, availability, and supportability through automation and well defined runbooks
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Mentor team members in best practices, technologies, and methodologies.
• Design for Reliability - Architect & implement solutions that keeps Infrastructure running with Always On availability and ensures high uptime SLA for the Infrastructure
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables related to your technical expertise and assigned domains
• Collaborate with Product & Information Security teams to ensure the integrity and security of Infrastructure and applications. Implement security best practices and compliance standards.

Must Haves

• 5-8 years of experience as Devops / SRE / Platform Engineer.
• Strong expertise in automating Infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Docker, Helm Charts etc.
• Strong skills in network services such as DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP, etc
• Expertise in managing large-scale cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS and Oracle)
• Expertise in managing production grade Kubernetes clusters
• Experience in scripting using programming languages like Bash, Python, etc.
• Expertise in skill sets for centralized logging systems, metrics, and tooling frameworks such as ELK, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, and Grafana etc.
• Experience in Managing and building High scale API Gateway, Service Mesh, etc
• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
• Have a working knowledge of a backend programming language
• Deep knowledge & experience with Unix / Linux operating systems internals (Eg. filesystems, user management, etc)
• A working knowledge and deep understanding of cloud security concepts
