UI/UX Designer

Role : Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus)

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai

Role Summary

We're looking for a **Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus)** to build modern, AI-powered enterprise applications. You'll primarily focus on creating scalable, high-performance frontend experiences using React and Next.js, while contributing to backend services, APIs, and AI integrations where needed. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and AI teams to build intuitive, performant, and production-ready applications.

Minimum Qualifications

* 3–7 years of software engineering experience.

* Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

* Experience building and shipping production-grade frontend applications, including enterprise dashboards and data-intensive applications.

* Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar), rendering lifecycle, and performance optimization, including code splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimization, caching strategies, and Core Web Vitals.

* Experience building complex UI experiences using modern frontend technologies, including data visualization, Canvas, WebGL, Service Workers, and Web Workers.

* Experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services using Node.js.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building AI-powered applications or AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.

* Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

* Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

* Experience building reusable component libraries, design systems, or micro-frontend architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of software development experience in backend
• Hands on experience with PHP using CodeIgniter and Javascript (Angular/ React)
• Database technologies - SQL and/or NoSql
• Experience in developing REST APIs
• Knowledge of VCS using SVN/ GIT and Payment Gateways
• Expertise in design principles and their application
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms

• Liaise with fellow developers.
• Designing and implementing microservices which use the spring boot framework.
• Working in compliance with the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Connecting microservices to interact with databases.
• Understanding of how streaming technologies work such as Kafka.

• Ensure you've written adequate test cases to verify design requirements are being met.
• Create well written documentation for the individual microservices.

• Remote configuring enables the Remote Desktop on the host PC and add/enable Remote Desktop users. 

• Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives.
• Executes projects to be high quality, on-time, and cost-effective/on budget.
• Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manages overall project scope and ensures staffing assumptions adhere to a budget.
• Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
• Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays.
• Manages work and professional development of assigned project manager(s)
• Works with project managers to ensure the team is aligned with client requirements.
• Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
• Writes communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated.
• Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior.
• Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes.
• Writes and transmits conference reports to clients and agency teams.
• Reviews statements and estimates of work prior to client review.
• Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients.
• Ensures accountability is established during the project planning process.

Skills/Requirements:

• 5-10 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required)
• Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
• Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.
• Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
