Your Role:

As a Full stack Developer, you will be central to our mission. This is a full-time, remote position.

● Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for CoinCrowd's cryptocurrency platform.

● Platform Excellence: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our platform, ensuring it is secure, performant, and scalable.

● Collaborate: Work with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering projects.

● Stay Cutting-Edge: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront.

● Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices, coding standards, and efficient development processes.

● Resource Management: Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects.

● Focus on Security: Ensure strong security, compliance, and data protection practices.

About You:

● Experience: 5+ years in technology.

● Technical Skills: Proficient in node.js or Python, React, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Elastic, and GCP.

● Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech or crypto, with a strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency.

● Problem Solver: Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities.

● Agile Expert: Skilled in agile development methodologies. Your Superpowers:

● Blockchain Expert: Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms, wallets, and distributed ledger technologies.

● Framework Proficiency: Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.

● Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.

● Excellent Communicator: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

● Integration Skills: Experience integrating blockchain solutions with external systems and APIs.

● Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge in Laravel.

● Should be having excellent development expertise in programming PHP, AJAX, OOPS Concept, Architecture, MySql, Normalization, JavaScript/Jquery and MVC architecture with a commitment to performance and efficiency.

● Workwith frontend technologies including Vue.js/ Nuxt js (basic knowledge) or React.

● Thorough knowledge of languages Java script, HTML5, CSS3, Object Oriented programming and design patterns.

The Role

This role is anything but conventional- It is an opportunity to define and execute our plans and make an impact on the development of millions of children.

As our tech lead, you will work closely with the founders to crystallize and own the product roadmap and then, to bring the product vision to life through simple, elegant design & code that delights users.

You will be the key architect of the product and will help the engineering team build and maintain the product across mobile and web. 

You will own development and delivery of the code- including analysis, optimization and debugging.

Key Skills

3-6 years of experience with backend and frontend web-based application development

2+ years of experience with React / Redux + HTML/CSS

2+ years of experience with Python

Have some experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB)

Have created meaningful APIs and models that are flexible and scalable

About the role 

We are looking for strong experience in understanding HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Core PHP, MySQL. Must have outstanding coding skills, Strong understanding of business logic and has a good learning curve. 

Responsibilities

• Basic Knowledge in PHP Frameworks like CodeIgniter, Core PHP, Laravel, Symphony etc. 

• Hands-on experience in Apache, Xampp, and Wamp Servers. 

• Basic CMS Knowledge if any (Joomla/WordPress/Drupal).

• Strong Knowledge if OOPS Concepts in PHP. 

• Implementing Payment Gateways as per project requirements like (E.g.: PayUMoney, PayPal, Paytm, Razor Pay)Capturing values to database, email notifications for pending/Failed and success payments. 

• Knowledge of different Project Lifecycles.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or software engineering. 

• Minimum 2+ year of experience developing projects/applications using PHP. 

• Good communication verbal skills along with Process oriented. 

• Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code.

Requirements

• You have been building production web applications for 5+ years and know the systems from top to bottom
• You know SQL and have significant programming experience on the frontend with React
• You have a BS/MS/Ph.D. in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• You want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that respects its engineers and customers
• Comfortable working with a 100% distributed engineering team, collaborating on GitHub, Slack, Zoom, etc. in the open and as a self-starter.

• You have backend experience building microservices
