Responsibilities:

• Market research, Lead generation and data capture
• Cold Calling and Prospecting over the phone - You must be comfortable making calls to senior decision makers across industries to be successful in this role.
• Target driven B2B Quality Lead Generation through Cold Calling, E-mails and various lead generation tools.
• Good Knowledge of lead generation via LinkedIn and other social media is a must.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Be able to understand various software practices, functions and identify their business needs & challenge by presenting WINIT product's its functions & features to the customer
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask is essential.

·      12+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
