Roles and Responsibilities: ● Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new leads and opportunities.

● Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

● Develop a deep understanding of our EdTech products, their features, and benefits to effectively articulate their value to potential customers.

● Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development to ensure a consistent approach to customer engagement and maximize sales effectiveness.

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our EdTech solutions.

● Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any concerns promptly.

● Negotiate and close deals while adhering to company pricing and sales strategies.

● Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the EdTech space.

● Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and foster long-term customer relationships.

Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

● Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech industry(Optional).

● Strong passion for education and technology, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the educational landscape.

SUMMARY:

Seeking individuals with demonstrated experience in Back-End Web Development

responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your

primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the

central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the

front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements of our AI SaaS

application modules and solve revenue-growth problems, at the intersection of demand and

supply, which are faced by the Fortune 1000 CPG/FMCG companies.

Frontend Engineer - (6-10 years’ experience)

As a Front End Web Engineer you will be responsible for building the next generation of user experiences. We need a highly motivated and skillful engineer to work with HTML, Typescript/JavaScript, and CSS/Sass and related tooling, frameworks, and libraries. Attention to detail and a dedication to deliver a high-quality, stable delivery is essential.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in at least one JavaScript framework like Angular, React, VueJS, or equivalent

 Your Qualifications:

1. 11+ years of experience as an Engineer
2. Ability to work with teams in a collaborative and productive manner
3. Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms

 Must-Have:

1. Strong Expertise in Backend Technologies- Java, Spring Boot, etc 
2. Expertise in working with AWS or other cloud infrastructures like Azure or Google Cloud, and using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
3. Analyze Functional & Non-Functional requirements with effort estimation and deployment strategies
4. Hands-on in Architecting and developing large scale applications
5. Hands-on debugging skills
6. Design for performance, scalability, fault tolerance and high availability

 Good to have:

1. Experience in Client-side technologies such as jQuery
2. Experience in Front End Technologies is good to have (Javascript, React)
3. Experience with Storage systems - NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB)
