Job Description:
Duties:
1. Responsible for coordinating activities that need improvement within the organization through need identification techniques. Responsible for data analysis and process map creation to facilitate successful implementations.
2. Responsible for deep data dives and extremely detailed analysis of various data points collected as part of the need identification phase. Organize and present data to line management for appropriate guidance and subsequent process mapping.
3. Responsible for rigorous periodic reviews of various individual, functional, business unit & group metrics and indicators for success. Through but not limited to key productivity indicators, result areas, heath meter, performance goals etc. Report results to line management and support the decision-making process.
4. Responsible for supporting the development of post-implementation training packs, handholding sessions, workshops and other means & measures to ensure effective implementation and sustainability of new processes.
5. Responsible for interfacing with all relevant departments for the development and implementation of processes, such as HR, IT, Finance, Group Management etc.
6. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.

Roles and Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Planning:
· Plan actions and initiatives that are aligned to the business strategy, and supports the overall marketing goals of MHFA India products

· Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and manage online community interactions.
3. Email Marketing:
· Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
· Segment email lists for targeted messaging and personalize content to improve open rates and click-through rates.
· Monitor and improve email campaign performance based on key metrics and A/B testing.
4. SEO and SEM:
· Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
· Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, monitoring keyword performance, ad copy, and budgets.
· Analyze and report on keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates to refine strategies.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
· Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure the performance of digital campaigns.
· Create regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights.
· Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on campaign results.
6. Stay Current with Trends:
· Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, communication, and relevant industries.
· Recommend innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve better results.
Organizational Responsibilities
· Initiate activities in line with to MHFA India strategy and work plan
· Support director and team in development of MHFA India digital marketing and communications function
· Support in any other task that may be assigned by the organization

- Multitasking & Clerical work
- Building automated test suites for continuous integration and delivery including acceptance, performance, regression and new feature testing of UI/UX components, Web services and various applications and systems.
- Developing and executing a complete test strategy for products and features including verification of functionality, performance, security and scalability.
- Ensuring the quality of the product and providing evidence of release readiness.
- Analyzing and decomposing a software system and design a complete system test strategy.
- Continuously streamlining and improving the testing life cycle to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting are effective, agile, and coordinated.
- Analyzing testing results to enhance test plans and scenarios. (Including metrics and benchmarks to gauge improvement)
- Ensuring Pro-active investigation / verification of production defects and continuous improvement of regression tests.
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year with advanced Automation Testing.
- Strong testing background and knowledge of building automated systems & testing both front-end UI, backend microservices and preferably knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Deep familiarity and extensive experience with QA tools and frameworks for automation (e.g. Protractor, Mocha, Chai, Istanbul) and for Load and Performance testing (e.g. JMeter).
- Should have a keen eye to details for anticipating corner cases, bugs and continuously improve automation coverage without any expectation of guidance/ supervision.
- Experience in working with Micro Service architecture.
- Experience in working with asynchronous processes.
- Security (penetration testing) experience is a big plus but not a must have.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
