Duties:

1. Responsible for coordinating activities that need improvement within the organization through need identification techniques. Responsible for data analysis and process map creation to facilitate successful implementations.

2. Responsible for deep data dives and extremely detailed analysis of various data points collected as part of the need identification phase. Organize and present data to line management for appropriate guidance and subsequent process mapping.

3. Responsible for rigorous periodic reviews of various individual, functional, business unit & group metrics and indicators for success. Through but not limited to key productivity indicators, result areas, heath meter, performance goals etc. Report results to line management and support the decision-making process.

4. Responsible for supporting the development of post-implementation training packs, handholding sessions, workshops and other means & measures to ensure effective implementation and sustainability of new processes.

5. Responsible for interfacing with all relevant departments for the development and implementation of processes, such as HR, IT, Finance, Group Management etc.

6. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.

Purpose of the job Responsible for all day-to-day activities supporting the improvement of organizational effectiveness by working with extended teams & functions to develop & implement; processes, tools, methods, practices, training, controls and performance indicators across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

1. Responsible for coordinating activities that recognise areas for improvement within the organization through need identification techniques. Responsible for data analysis and process map creation for relatively less complex implementations. For larger & complex implementations, support line management for process development and implementation exercises.

2. Responsible for deep data dives and extremely detailed analysis of various data points collected as part of the need identification phase. Organize and present data to line management for appropriate guidance and subsequent process mapping.

3. Responsible for rigorous periodic reviews of various individual, functional, business unit & group metrics and indicators for success. Other tasks:

2. Participating and providing positive contributions to technical, commercial, planning, safety and quality performance of the organization and following Client, Contractual, and regulatory requirements

3. Visiting Sites and Project locations to discuss operational aspects

4. Undertaking any other responsibilities as directed and mutually agreed upon with the Line Management.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certification, ITIL) is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on SAP MM systems.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and driving system enhancements.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with data management and reporting.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in SAP MM systems.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and enterprise applications is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.

We are using SAP S4HANA 2023, SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Arbia (Strategic Sourcing & Commerce Automation), and other third-party applications integrated with S4HANA to drive and run our business.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solution Architect SAP - SAP MM & ARIBA with a solid background in SAP MM (procurement, inventory, and materials planning), ARIBA (SLP, sourcing, and commerce automation), and Master Data Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT initiatives related to business processes, specifically focusing on SAP MM and ARIBA systems along with other modules.

Job Description: Junior Planning Engineer - Electromech

Educational Qualifications 

Required- Diploma Certificate in Primavera Project Management.

Preferred Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering (Electro-Mechanical Prefered).

Excellent IT skills and software skills with proficiency in Excel. 

Strong communication & organizing skills. 

Proficiency in using Primavera P6.

Experience 

Minimum 2 years? experience in working with Primavera P6 on major projects. 

Language? Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

1. Maintain Cost and Resource loaded Baseline Schedule in Primavera P6 and other scheduling programs.

2. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera and/or Microsoft Project/ other scheduling programmes that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors. schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule.

3. Collect progress related information from field and update progress in Primavera P6, including issues and thresholds, performance monitoring and reporting, histogram management, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis) using effective planning techniques and controls.

4. Update the Primavera Schedule as per the frequency required (daily/ Weekly /Monthly).

5. Prepare and assign Daily Tasks to work Coordinators/Supervisors based on the updated Schedule and the priority assigned by the Project Manager.

6. Attend to all Planning/ Progress related meetings and tasks assigned by Client/ Management.

7. Coordinate with Client, Site Managers, Work Coordinators and other stakeholders on all matters related to planning, scheduling and controlling of the project execution.

8. Participate and provide positive contribution to technical, commercial, planning, safety and quality performance of the organization and in accordance with Client, Contractual and regulatory requirements.

9. Regular visits to Sites & Project locations to discuss and gather progress information.

10. Undertaking any other responsibilities as directed and mutually agreed with the Line Management.
