Criteria:

Role Overview:

Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of company’s traditional web and mobile product roadmap by leading a team of engineers. The manager ensures timely feature launches, technical quality, and champions process improvements in collaboration with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.

● Lead, mentor, and grow engineers across full stack, mobile, and backend roles.

● Define and implement best practices in coding, testing, and release management.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback and business needs into product enhancements.

● Track and manage team performance, sprint planning, and delivery schedules.

● Ensure high quality standards, security, and scalability across all deliverables.

● Actively participate in code and design reviews.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.

● 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

● Hands-on expertise in web (React/Node.js) and mobile (Flutter/iOS/Android) platforms.

● Strong project management and team leadership skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Advanced ML & Deep Learning: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning models for Content Recommendation Engines, Churn Prediction, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

· Generative AI Implementation: Prototype and integrate GenAI solutions (using LLMs like Gemini/GPT) for automated Metadata Tagging, Script Summarization, or AI-driven Chatbots for viewer engagement.

· Develop and maintain high-scale video processing pipelines using Python, OpenCV, and FFmpeg to automate scene detection, ad-break identification, and visual feature extraction for content enrichment

· Cloud Orchestration: Utilize GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow) to build scalable data pipelines and manage the full ML lifecycle (MLOps).

· Business Intelligence & Storytelling: Create high-impact, automated dashboards in to track KPIs for data-driven decision making

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to translate "viewership data" into "strategic growth."

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Media/OTT: Prior experience working with large scale data from broadcast channels, videos, streaming platforms or digital ad-tech.

· Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science).

· Product Mindset: Ability to not just build a model, but to understand the business implications of the solution.

· Communication: Exceptional ability to explain "Neural Network outputs" to a "Creative Content Producer" in simple terms.

Main tasks

• Supervision of the CI/CD process for the automated builds and deployments of web services and web applications as well as desktop tool in the cloud and container environment
• Responsibility of the operations part of a DevOps organization especially for development at LS telcom in the environment of container technology and orchestration, e.g. with Kubernetes
• Installation, operation and monitoring of web applications in cloud data centers for the purpose of development of the test as well as for the operation of an own productive cloud as LS service
• Implementation of installations of the LS system solution especially in the container context
• Introduction, maintenance and improvement of installation solutions for LS development in the desktop and server environment as well as in the cloud and with on-premise Kubernetes
• Maintenance of the system installation documentation and implementation of trainings

Execution of internal software tests and support of involved teams and stakeholders

• Hands on Experience with Azure DevOps.

Qualification profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable qualification
• Experience in software
• Installation and administration of Linux and Windows systems including network and firewalling aspects
• Experience with build and deployment automation with tools like Jenkins, Gradle, Argo or similar as well as system scripting (Bash, Power-Shell, etc.)

1. Define the overall content roadmap for AyurVAID across social media, website, and other communication channels, along with leadership 

1. Deliver high quality content on diseases, treatments, blogposts, FAQs etc. by conducting secondary research, AyurVAID case reports, discussions with Physicians and reviewing clinical textbooks 

1. Manage a team of content writers to ensure high productivity and quality outputs 

1. Set up an AyurVAID community (online) to engage on healthcare queries, sharing information, webinars, podcasts on regular basis on various topics 

1. Ensure patient testimonials (video) are scripted appropriately and edited by video editors 

1. Overall ownership of content generated for AyurVAID across channels 

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
