Role & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship production-grade backend services in a microservices environment
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, solution their use cases, and integrate/deploy our product in their environment
• Own problems end-to-end — build, deploy, debug in the client's setup, and see it through to production
• Lead technical discussions with client engineering and business teams, translating their needs into working solutions
• Build integrations with third-party systems and APIs within customer environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product and engineering teams to feed client learnings back into the product

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Backend Engineer with robust Micro-services experience
• Mandatory (Experience): Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend software engineering with 2+ years in a product company
• Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have hands-on experience building and running applications in a Micro-services setup - designing services, REST APIs, and service-to-service communication
• Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have strong production-grade experience in building and shipping real services in Java or Node.js (Java is highly preferred)
• Mandatory (Company): Product companies (B2B SaaS is preferred)
• Mandatory (Education): B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, BITS Pilani)
• Preferred (Experience): Must have worked directly with external customers in an engineering capacity - solutioning, integrating, or deploying the product in the customer's environment and handling technical discussions with their teams
• Preferred (Databases): Comfortable with both SQL and NoSQL databases

Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) – Sales Location: Delhi NCR (Travel Required)

Role & Responsibilities: • Drive sales and business development activities across Delhi NCR. • Generate leads, manage client acquisition, and convert opportunities into business. • Take complete accountability for end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, closures, and payment recovery. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and business development activities.

Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR. • Should take ownership and responsibility for sales targets and collections/recovery. • MBA preferred. • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented candidate.

We develop advanced autonomous technologies for the maritime sector, serving defense and commercial applications globally. Our work spans autonomous surface and underwater vessels and smart port infrastructure, including projects like Jalkapi for the Indian Navy.

About the role :

We are seeking a passionate and driven experienced Senior Robotics Engineer to lead the development and integration of autonomy systems in our next-generation marine robotics platforms. As part of our dynamic startup journey, this role demands deep technical expertise in robotics software and embedded systems, especially in areas like navigation, control, perception, and real-time systems. You will mentor a team of engineers and play a critical role in scaling up core autonomy stacks from simulation to real-world deployment.

This is a hands-on role that involves direct ownership of robotics subsystems and collaboration with cross-functional teams including hardware, embedded systems, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of autonomy modules (navigation, control, perception, SLAM, etc.).
• Own system-level integration with sensors, embedded systems, and marine vehicle control systems.
• Establish engineering best practices in ROS2-based development, simulation testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define rigorous testing and validation strategies, developing simulation and field test setups to benchmark perception models against real-world scenarios.

Product Development

• Drive development of robust, scalable code for marine robotics platforms in C++ and Python.
• Guide simulator development to reflect accurate marine dynamics and sensor behavior (e.g., Gazebo, Unity Sim)
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across software and hardware interfaces in test benches and field trials

Team and Project Management

• Mentor and support junior engineers in robotics, controls, and perception development
• Collaborate with program managers to define and track milestones, technical deliverables, and field deployment plans
• Maintain clear documentation, communicate technical findings effectively, and present updates to internal teams, external partners, and research collaborators. 

Required Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in robotics software development, preferably in field robotics or autonomous vehicles
• Proven track record of deploying robotics systems from lab to field
• Strong coding skills in C++ and Python
• Expertise in ROS2, Gazebo/Unity Sim, and Linux-based development
• Solid understanding of control theory, SLAM, sensor fusion, and kinematics
• Familiarity with marine dynamics and sensor integration (IMU, GPS, LIDAR, sonar, etc.)

Good to have

• Experience working with marine or underwater robotics
• Exposure to safety-critical systems or defense tech environments

What you'll do:

·        Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development: Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks

·        Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

·        Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

·        Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage.

Basic Qualifications: 

·        Minimum B.S. / M.S. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University

·        At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering backend applications with Node.js, TypeScript

·        At least 2 years of experience building internet facing services

·        At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or OpenShift

·        Exposure to some of the following concepts: object-oriented programming, software engineering techniques, quality engineering, parallel programming, databases, etc.

·        Experience integrating APIs with front-end and/or mobile-specific frameworks

·        Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet established timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience with Apache Cordova framework

• Demonstrable knowledge of native coding background in iOS, Android

Role/ Responsibilities:

Design and own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch.

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Manage product team and guide whenever necessary.

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

Requirements:

5+ work experience in product management.

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should have hands-on knowledge with A/B Testing, Data Analysis & User Research.

Intro

Develop the brand guidelines and graphics for product and marketing assets. The individual will also own the design of visual assets for marketing of the product across touchpoints.

What will you do
Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines

Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience.

Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts

Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations.

Support your design work using insights from quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation and customer feedback

Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.

Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.

Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.

What will you need

Bachelor's degree in design/relevant disciplines or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency with full Adobe creative suite

Extensive knowledge of Graphic Design, Print Design/Layout, Web Design and Development, with experience in design/development for both mobile and desktop applications.

Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.

Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography.
