Team handling of UX designers and project management

Mandatory - Design Education (BDes, MDes, BFA, MFA or Similar Design Degrees)

Mandatory - Should NOT have more than 12 Years of Total Experience

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with product, design and development team to achieve high cohesion across features and;
• Feasibility analysis of the technical requirements and web designs;
• You will be responsible to develop and contribute towards consumer-facing web application;
• Writing modular code to achieve loose coupling and reusability of modules across application;
• Architecting, prototyping and implementing high-impact modules for our end users;
• UI/UX.

Requirements:

• High Proficiency in frontend technologies like Angular, React JS, Vue.Js Redux etc.;
• Good design skills and knowledge and experience working with UI design patterns and frameworks;
• Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application;
• 3-5 years of strong hands-on experience in Angular and React.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle, by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing customers
• Explore new sales opportunities through networking and building existing customer relationships
• Give demo/ present products to prospective clients.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline right from qualification to negotiation to closures and ensure target achievement in the designated territory
• Present our value-added SaaS offering to prospective customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a SaaS organization
• Self-disciplined to work in a remote environment
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), along with a strong consultative selling approach
• Self-motivated with diligent work ethic, a business acumen, enthusiasm, and passion, ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process, and experience with CRM applications.
• Fair understanding of SAAS industry, trends, and upcoming technology changes
• Open to accepting feedback and incorporating them to grow within the sales function

• Relevant Experience : Minimum 2 Years
• You have prior experience developing and working on consumer facing web/app products
• Hands-on experience on Python. Exceptions can be made if you’re really good on any other language with experience on building web/app based tech products
• Experience in at least one of the following frameworks - Django, Flask, Falcon, web2py, Twisted, Tornado
• Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating Systems
• You've worked with core AWS services in the past and have experience with EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, S3
• You can dabble in Frontend codebases using HTML, CSS and Javascript
