We are looking for a back end/full stack developer to be part of our founding team.

Requirement: Well versed with node.js, mongoDB, AWS

Responsibilities:

● To design and develop different modules of the application based on requirements

● To find and implement solutions to complex problem statements for different

modules in the application

● To design and develop logical data models that meet application

requirements

● To address any technical bugs and issues in the process

At LambdaTest, We help developers and testers fix their applications across a combination of 2000+ browsers and Operating Systems by providing a complete cross-browser ecosystem on the cloud. As Backend Developer You will work with other Developers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out product that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

• As a hands-on engineering professional, you'll stay on top of the details and will be more focused on building a better, more efficient program and creating the best user experience and 
• Support and collaborate with our service engineers in getting to the bottom of issues and come up with robust solutions.
• Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
• Participate in a culture of code reviews, writing tech specs, and collaborating closely with other people.
• Design distributed systems using micro services architecture would be plus.
• Implementing high performance and non-blocking systems to serve traffic heavy SaaS based product.

Requirements and qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education with 2-4 Years of work experience.
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to:Python, Golang, NodeJs 
• A solid understanding of software construction
• The ability to naturally follow good development practices like test automation, CI/CD, source version control, etc.

• Supervise and write efficient and reliable code; use best practices with our team

• Setup unit and integration tests

• Develop and maintain scalable server architecture serving millions of users every day.

Must Have Skill Sets :

• Should have 5+ years of experience in Mobile/web server and application development
• Mandatory: Strong development skills in Python ,Node.js, Typescript, Django Rest Framework, Linux, MongoDB
• Experience with client technologies like JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, bootstrap, Angulars, React, Android App a plus
• Strong knowledge of data structures and computer fundamentals
• An ability to refract and understand large and separate code bases
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Forward-looking on potential technology choices
• Experience in building highly scalable, reliable systems

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of industry experience with the Python and Django framework.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good analytical skills with strong fundamentals of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building backend services with hands-on experience through all stages of Agile software development life cycle. 
• Ability to write optimized codes,debug programs, and integrate applications with third party tools by developing various APIs
• Experience with Databases.
• Experience with writing REST-APIs.
• Prototyping initial collection and leveraging existing tools and/or creating new tools
• Experience working different types of datasets (e.g. unstructured, semi-structured, with missing information)
• Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment, while picking up new tools and domain knowledge along the way
• A positive attitude, and a growth mindset

Bonus:

• Experience with relevant Python libraries such as Requests, sklearn, Selenium
• Hands on experience in Machine learning implementations
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) and relevant microservices

About the role - We’re looking for a full-stack developer to join our founding team and lead our product development. If you’re someone who thrives on high ownership, can figure stuff out on your own and wants to be part of the zero-to-one journey, this might be for you.

What you’ll do:-

Tl;dr, we’re at 100k requests per day, you’ll take us to 10M requests per day.

As we’re still early at building a dedicated backend team, responsibilities will have breadth over a lot of cool stuff 🙌

1. Looking out for cool new technologies and implementing them for required internal as well as business use cases
2. Designing scalable architectures for backend systems 
3. Optimizing performance of applications for full scale production deployments
4. Implementing business logic and developing APIs and services.
5. Conceptualizing and implementing scalable databases across various services
6. You’ll be hiring and mentoring junior developers

What makes you a good fit:-

• If you can write code that works, we should be good but read on (disclaimer: most of what follows is not a hard requirement);
• You have 2+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems from scratch;
• You've built serverless backend architectures using AWS platform and resources like Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, etc. (Brownie points if you’ve worked with NodeJS,Redis and Postgres);
• You have managed deployment at scale using CI/CD integrations and implemented error management systems like Sentry;
• Most of the above is us trying to sound legit about our stack, so if you’ve not worked with some of it & are open to learning or have better ideas, it’s totally cool;
