Job Profile - Product & Process Trainer / Full Time / Permanent / Work From Office

Package - 3.00 Lacs to 4.8 Lacs per annum (In Hand)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare Training Module to conduct Product & Process Training, Soft SkillsTraining, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training ,Induction Etc.
• Monitor and coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress and other aspects of the English language,culture, etc.
• Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
• Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure they move up the learning curve. Ensure advisors are skilled & knowledgeable to handle customer interactions.
• Coach advisors on improvement in products & processes, Create learning solutions and customize training delivery.
• Provide Financial Market Training - Forex & Comex. Conduct OJT & Refresher Training. Organize JKQ & Complete Certification Process.
• Conduct Session on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.
• You shall execute & perform all such duties that may be assigned to you from time to time and we reserve the rights to change these at our discretion.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Excellent command on both English and Hindi Language(verbal and written)
• Graduate or Post Graduate, certifications are a plus
• Confident,Driven, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
• Experience of training sales professionals preferably in financial industry
• Knowledge of Global Market. (Forex & Comex)

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, ensuring a steady pipeline of internship and placement opportunities.

● Identify and onboard companies aligned with student profiles and institutional objectives.

● Address corporate and student queries promptly, maintaining a positive rapport.

● Provide networking tips and guide students on leveraging career opportunities effectively.

● Keep students informed about relevant competitions, internships, and entrepreneurial initiatives.

● Supervise career clubs, managing events, elections, and leadership meetings.

● Design mentorship programs and ensure seamless mentor-student relationships, gathering feedback and reporting progress regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

● 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate relations, or career services roles, preferably in the education sector.

● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employer expectations.

● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

● Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.

Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10.

Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11.

Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

•

3-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

•

Qualification: Msc. Counselling Psychology

Msc. Applied Psychology (any specialization, preferably HR Specialization )

•

Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

•

Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

•

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Discuss training plans with customers to build custom courses to suit their needs.
• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Develop programs and processes that provide a service to industry, business, students, and/or other external/internal clients.
• Serve as technical assistant or point of contact with customer until 'go live' date and hand-off to support.
• Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Has a mix of being a technical instructor, a solution architect, and an evangelist.
• Coordination of training schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
• Work in tandem with peers in technical training to develop best in class training department across all areas of training.
• Responsible for lectures, demonstration, discussion, and related instructional delivery methods.
• Deliver standard and customized training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness.
• Help to create, test, and review new and existing courseware.
• Build relationships with OCI product development teams to understand roadmaps and plan for content updates or new training offerings.

• Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes reserving classrooms, travel arrangements and preparing workstations.

We are constantly evolving the Platform in terms of Data, Process, Workflows to move all our customers to the fully self-service Platform.

You will be part of our Training Management team and help solve customer issues on the Platform. This involves but is not limited to meeting customers, understanding their requirements, challenges they are facing on the Platform and with the recommended solution, working with internal stakeholders to propose the right solution etc. 

While your key responsibility will be managing training operations end-to-end (from booking to delivery) being a start-up it is tough to draw a boundary. We need someone who can empathize with the start-up work culture and nature.

Roles and Responsibilities:

> Meeting Customers for feedback, presenting the product, understanding their need etc.

> Resolving Trainer and Customer Issues

> Finding Right trainers/training partners

> Looking after Training Operations - before and after booking

> Defining and Executing Account Specific Marketing Initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

 > Passion for Start-up 

 > Ability and Will to Lead, take initiatives, solve people issues 

 > MBA or equivalent Degree (but not necessarily)

 > At least 2 years of industry experience, Ideally 4-6 years 

 > At least 1 year of domain experience - working in the Learning and Development Sector [HR, Training Management, Talent Development or Learning and Organizational Development background] 

 > Strong Communication Skills

 > B2B Customer Handling experience is a must
