About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Administrator with hands-on experience in managing Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems, ensuring security, and supporting compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Linux servers.
• Manage and monitor system performance, storage, and patch updates.
• Handle user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.
• Administer and troubleshoot firewalls, networks, and security tools.
• Support and maintain cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Implement system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Ensure systems are compliant with internal security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with teams during compliance audits and maintain related documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security configurations.

As a Software Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of software development (design, development, testing, maintenance, support) of the business’s applications. This is a hands-on development role responsible for design, implementation, and life cycle management of the product built/configured on the Huron platform.

You will also have the opportunity to work with one or more development teams that are responsible for web applications, able contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications and technologies owned by the assigned team, be delivering quality client and server-side code, markup, and CSS as needed, while adhering to best practices and standard.
