Parikshram

We are looking for a Web Developer to be responsible for the coding & designing the user experience for our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

Requirements
• Thorough functional knowledge and coding experience
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Well versed with Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, NodeJs, EsLint
• Experience with Firebase is a plus
• An understanding of how web applications work.
• Adequate problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets and business goals
• Strong communication skills

B-Tech in computer science or a related field

Experience as a Sales Executive or any relevant role.
Generate Sales and interact with prospective customers through modes likes Mail, Phone, Chat etc.
Verify and nurture daily leads by understanding the Customers requirements.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Manage relationship with key customers and schedule meetings with them on a timely basis.
Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquirys received by phone, email and other formats.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Perform follow up for all outbound calls.

Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
Fast learner and passion for sales
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
Familiarity with IT recruitment is favourably considered.

Qualification: Graduate & Post-graduate.
Note: Only immediate joiners and work at office.

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development. Experience in front-end technologies like HTML5,CSS3,Bootstrap4,JavaScript,PHP.
• Basic Knowledge of Core PHP, MySQL Database.
• Experience in designing and developing responsive design websites.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages. Payment Gateway integration for WooCommerce (eg: Paypal, Razorpay, etc).
• Ability to build and manage a team.
• Good communication skills.
