✅ Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, healthcare job boards, and internal databases.

✅ Expertise in candidate screening, qualification, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

✅ Ability to understand client requirements and identify, qualify, and submit suitable candidates.

✅ Strong cold-calling, candidate engagement, relationship-building, and offer coordination skills.

Position: US IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Experience in state client is added advantage

Lead Recruiter (IT)

Organization: DevCare Solutions

Location: Urapakkam, Chennai

Experiencw: 5+ Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

DevCare Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic Lead Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities to support IT hiring requirements. DevCare provides IT staffing and digital technology solutions across multiple domains.

C2H Lead -min 5+ years

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (Contract & C2H roles)

·        Source and hire candidates for US clients across multiple technologies and domains

·        Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing Work extensively on C2H hiring with US work authorizations ( GC, USC, GC-EAD, TN, OPT, CPT)

·        Strong understanding of US staffing models and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

·        Use job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms

·        Vendor management, job postings, and resume sourcing

·        Ensure strong submission-to-interview and conversion ratios

·        Coordinate onboarding process including background checks and documentation

·        Mentor and guide junior recruiters and lead recruitment delivery targets

·        Maintain regular reporting and updates to management

REQUIRED SKILLS:
