The Project Manager (BFSI) – Full Time role is responsible for managing and delivering IT projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role requires strong project governance, execution discipline, and a solid understanding of BFSI operational and regulatory frameworks. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery while coordinating stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute BFSI-focused IT projects from initiation to closure.

Develop and manage the project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on risks, issues, and milestones.

Conduct project reviews, stand-ups, and status meetings to drive alignment.

Prepare documentation such as project plans, risk registers, and compliance reports.

Ensure adherence to organizational standards and BFSI regulatory requirements.

Implement corrective actions proactively to maintain delivery quality and timelines.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the BFSI domain.

Proven track record of delivering IT projects within defined schedules and budgets.

Good understanding of BFSI compliance, operational processes, and technology environments.

Proficiency in project methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project, etc.).

Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are advantageous.

Job Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science or Engineering.

·     Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior–level Software Engineer

·     Excellent programming and debugging skills in C/C++and Python

·     Experience developing on Windows and Linux systems

·     Experience in automation of manual tasks

Although not required, the following are a plus: 

·     Experience working with Build scripts, Shell scripts, Makefiles

·     Experience with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools

·     Knowledge of RESTful web services and docker

• Strong Outbound Sales profile with B2B Saas or ERP-Tech Sales experience

Job Overview: The Quality Control Specialist in Image Captioning is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and quality of captions produced by the captioning team. This role requires a meticulous approach to content review, an excellent understanding of grammar and style, and strong problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Review and edit image captions to ensure they meet quality standards and style guidelines.

 • Provide constructive feedback to production resources to help improve the quality of caption outputs.

 • Track and document errors and trends in caption quality to help refine production processes.

 • Collaborate with team leads and content managers to update style guides and training materials based on observed trends and errors.

 • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest best practices in content quality control.

 • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement programs.

 • Ensure compliance with deadlines, and manage priorities to handle high volumes of content effectively.

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.

 • Experience in content editing, proofreading, or a similar QC role, preferably within a digital media environment.

 • Superior knowledge of English, including grammar rules, vocabulary, and stylistic nuances with C2 certification. 

Preferred Skills:

 • Ability to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and deviations from guidelines in corrected captions.

 • Capability to provide constructive feedback to improve caption quality and adherence to guidelines.

 • Competence in using search engines to verify facts or identify unfamiliar objects or contexts in images.

 • Ability to analyze multiple aspects of a caption, such as context, accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.

 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey feedback.

 • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

 • Experience in training or mentorship roles, providing guidance to others.

Work Type: Remote or In-office, Full-time.

Shift timings are either 9 AM to 6 PM IST or 2 PM to 10 PM IST.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop clean, high-performing, responsive and multilingual user experiences for our eCommerce sites using alpinejs and tailwind
• Working closely with project managers to address client requests 
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific needs and requirements quickly
• Proactively identify and address engineering challenges to enhance the overall quality and performance of our web applications.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to write algorithms in Javascript
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and concepts, including HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, components architecture, performance optimization techniques, and tools like Lighthouse.
• Proficiency in core JavaScript concepts and familiarity with jQuery.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks such as AlpineJS providing an added advantage.
• Familiarity with working with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of B2C user experience metrics using industry-standard analytics tools.
• Knowledge of php and Magento would be an advantage.
• Understanding of web UIs, demonstrated through a portfolio
