UI & UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

·       Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.

·       Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

·       Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

·       Continuously stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       1-3 years (for Associate) and 4-6 years (Senior Associate) of experience in sales or business development roles.

·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·       Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success.

·       Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

·       Sales forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to help the organization make informed decisions on sales targets, revenue goals, and resource allocation.

·       Pipeline management: Analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to identify areas of improvement.

·       Sales process optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and tools.

·       Sales reporting and analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity, and work with the sales team to develop actionable insights.

·       Sales enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed, including sales training, product information, and customer insights.

·       Territory management: Develop and manage sales territories to maximize revenue potential and ensure a balanced workload for sales reps.

Requirements:

·       Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

·       3 to 8 years of experience required in sales.

·       Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, team management & conflict management.

·       Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Fresh graduates or up to 4 years of experience in HR role

Startup experience preferred

Manage hiring and day to HR operations of our engineering team

• REQUIREMENTS

  • Write hand-coded HTML5, JS, and CSS(SCSS) that is thoroughly standards-compliant.

  • Solid Javascript experience.
    -WordPress Must needed
    -Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

  • You know how to architect all components of a frontend project

  • You have experience reading API documentation and working with different endpoints to compose the desired effect

  • You know how to run projects through solid processes (things like code reviews, reviewing stories, planning)

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

  • Picks up new technologies quickly and efficiently

  • Uses Git effectively

  • Know how to create tests and why it's important

  • Knowledge of OOP and software design principles

  • You know how to optimize frontend load times, debug rendering issues, and overall provide a smooth experience to the user.

  • Knowledge of responsive frontends

  • You don't have to be an expert in backend tech, but you'll need to understand how to integrate with the backend guys.

  • Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
